    Based on what we paid as a package with Tui then the hotel was a bargain. The room was clean if a little tired. We were B&B and there was a great selection. It got busy around 9. I recommend the omelettes, the chef was very friendly. The location is perfect for restaurants and the beach, we recommend the Piano bar which is a 2 minute walk away, great drinks and tunes, the staff were great. Don’t hesitate for a cheap week in the sun.

    Hotel was lovely But the food was disgusting it was cold and reheated from the day before salad was great thobest to book room only and eat out in the Titanic 5 minutes away or chicken shop opposit the front way out

    I had very high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly after checking in and going outside the hotel area, I experienced very inappropriate and uncomfortable behaviour from another guest. The incident felt intentionally sexual in nature and was completely unacceptable. It left me feeling disturbed and unsafe as a young woman, and it immediately ruined my impression of the hotel experience.What bothered me the most was the fact that when this happened a member of staff was standing right there next to me and he decided to not do anything about that. I left the hotel to go on a walk and calm down when I came back I decided to speak to the front desk, after I told them what happened nothing was done, no one checked on me during my stay to see if anything else happened. This was disrespectful and it showed how much the staff members did not care about your experience.On top of that, the Wi-Fi on the fifth floor did not work at all during my stay, which was very frustrating and inconvenient.Another major issue was the smell around the hotel entrance and surrounding main road area. There was a strong sewage-like odour outside the hotel that was very unpleasant every time I arrived or left.Overall, I do not recommend this hotel especially if you are a young woman.

    I am curently staying the sol guadalupe hotel and it has been a plesure. Fun games for the kids and adults. Staff are lovley and a great pool and bar.

    Amazing hotel all round! 5 mins off of magaluf strip and so safe to walk to and from at all hours of the night. Also only a 20 minute walk from palmanova for shopping. The hotel is spotless and smells lovely as soon as you walk in. The rooms are modern and the pool is so clean. The pool is ice cold so prepare for that but it’s refreshing in the heat. Couldn’t have asked for more and have already booked to come back next year!
