Location

This comfortable hotel is situated approximately 250 metres from the nearest sandy beach and has direct access to Katmandu Park. The pulsating city centre of Magalluf is only minutes away. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located nearby. The Santa Ponsa golf club is only 10 minutes from the hotel, Aqua Park is 1.5 kilometres away and the Poniente golf course is 2 kilometres away. Palma is only 14 km away and the Airport is 26 km away.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 404 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Daily newspapers are available for purchase.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a safe and a minibar for an additional fee. Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.
