Location

This apartment hotel is located down a quiet and well-known avenue. It lies just 700 metres from the main shopping street, which also contains a number of bars and restaurants (although bars and restaurants can also be found down the street where the apartments are located). The accommodation is 800 metres from the famous and wide sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia and a popular water park can be found within 300 metres of the establishment. The local supermarket lies down the same street and the local bus stop is just 20 metres from the complex. The centre of Alcudia is 3 km away, Palma de Mallorca is 60 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is some 56 km from the establishment.

The apartment hotel has 32 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Warm friendly welcome on arrival, helped us up stairs with suitcases. Apartment spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good size lounge and cooking facilities. Everything looked to be there, only used fridge and kettle but seemed ample crockery. Clean and nice bedding. Pool area lovely, never a problem finding a sun bed no matter the time of day. Great food in the bar, loved the noodle dish. Great selection of drinks. Breakfast hot food limited and rarely hot but edible. Every member of staff we interacted with was very professional and welcoming. Staff will always advice on how to get to places and the local shops, there are 2 very close, try the local supermarket to the left cheaper than the spa shop. Bus stops right outside the hotel which will take you very close to beach and into the old town which is well worth a visit. Found some nice bars and singer/guitarist a couple of nights. Good experience trying the local eateries. Excellent service on last day as we were due to leave just as breakfast opened we were offered a continental breakfast, night before they offered to open breakfast at 7 which was very much appreciated. If I was to return to Alcudia again these apartments would be first choice.

    Great chilled out week in the sun

    We’ve just returned home from a lovely week in Alcudia staying here and enjoying the incredibly chilled out vibe Andy and his staff have created. This is a fantastic apart hotel to use as a base for staying in the area and has very good links for public transport and is only a 15min stroll to the beach and busier area of bars and restaurants. The place is immaculately clean and the pool area is especially well kept. The bar has a wonderful range of reasonably priced drinks and cocktails and although the food menu is quite small the selection is good and the quality of the food is excellent. The burgers are exceptional and the breakfast buffet is also very good.I can’t compliment Andy and his team enough on their high level of customer service, and considering we were among the last guests of the season we still received first class attention throughout our entire stay.     We had a wonderful 9 night stay in this hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen area. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The staff were so friendly and the manager Andy was brilliant .The bar and restaurant was always staffed and the food was great. It was lovely starting the day with their breakfast which had a wide range of food.This is my third time staying here and I hope to be back next year.I would highly recommend this hotel.     Just home from our holiday at solecito apartments and going to book again for next year. This is a great place and Andy and the staff can't do enough for you.     Just come back from a weeks stay here, lovely stay Very clean rooms, good facilities (even including a bottle opener), although our room was above the arcade and as the hotel was full we had to stay there put but didn't bother us.we had two bathrooms and two balconies which was perfect, Andy and his team are so friendly and helpful,and definitely try the solecito burger.would definitely recommend this place and a perfect base for exploring the area.
