    A little oasis near the heart of Port de soller

    Just got back from a a week here and I would HIGHLY recommend!The staff were so so lovely smiley and helpful.The breakfast is incredible totally unexpected a proper buffet with even a couple of hot options and so tasty and changed each day.The pool and surroundings were so clean and pretty it's like a little oasis walking through to your bungalows.So close to the port and bus station 10min walk at most.The bungalows aka glamping sheds were cute. They were basic had a wardrobe and dressing table couple of plug sockets. We missed having drawers and long length mirror hence the 4*. Yep there is no a/c but you have a ceiling fan and standing fan sounded like you were on the beach.

    1st impressions was great lovely staff lovely pool area and gardens, breakfast area was lovely food ok not great but was watched like a hawk in case you tried to take the odd apple out, bungalow/ shed in desperate need of attention, especially the bathroom, if you don’t like bugs, ants, cockroaches then this place isn’t for you! Was eaten alive by mosquitoes despite using nets cream plug ins etc trying to sleep in a tiny sweat box with no air con and loads of itchy sore bites was horrible, in a good location not far from port but wouldn’t stay here again

    Had a wonderful 4 night stay here.Can't fault it for what we paid. Rooms basic but clean. Beds very comfortable and shower has good pressure.It was 36 degrees when we stayed and the room did not have air conditioning but the ceiling fan and floor standing fan worked well.The staff are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.The pool and bar area great to relax around after exploring the island. The sangria is the best I've had in a long time.I'll be back when next on Mallorca. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

    I've been staying at this hotel for the past seven years. ( except the Covid19 years). Excellent value for money. Everything is basic. ( no air-conditioning, no in room TV, no fridge etc). It's clean, comfortable beds, lots of hot water for showers, great pool area.

    I would strongly advise against staying at Soller Garden.Shortly after arriving at our bungalow, we discovered cockroaches inside the room. When we brought this up with staff, we were told this was “normal because it’s nature” – a shocking and unacceptable response. The hotel refused to offer any solution, refused to move us to another room, and refused to give any written confirmation when we had to leave the next morning due to the unsanitary conditions.What’s worse, the woman at reception treated us with arrogance and total disrespect. No apology, no attempt to help, no customer care whatsoever.We had to contact Booking.com and leave early, having spent over 600 EUR for a stay we could not complete. To this day, the hotel has refused to take any responsibility.If you value hygiene, respect, or basic hospitality – stay elsewhere.
