  Misleading Listing and Zero AccountabilityAvoid Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge-Brimfield at all costs.I booked this hotel through ChoiceHotels.com because the listing showed it was roughly 20 miles from TD Garden. After arriving, I learned the hotel is actually about 60 miles away — nearly an hour drive without traffic. That is not a small discrepancy; it completely changes the value and purpose of the booking.When I raised the issue, General Manager Pulin Desai refused to cancel the reservation or offer any reasonable accommodation, despite the clearly misleading location information. Instead of attempting to help a guest placed in an impossible situation, the response was essentially, “not our problem,” while still charging me for a room I cannot use.Let’s be clear: no reasonable guest booking for a Boston event expects to stay an hour away and pay for rides that would cost more than the room itself. Refusing to work with customers when a listing is inaccurate shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.This experience felt less like hospitality and more like a cash grab. Between misleading advertising and management unwilling to take responsibility, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.Do yourself a favor — verify the distance independently and consider staying somewhere that actually values its guests

  We checked in late evening after a family wedding. Perhaps it was the last available room (#305) as it was terrible. The bathroom smelled and the vanity was scratched up. The chair and ottoman were torn. If we had not been so tired we would have asked for another room. The breakfast was about as basic as you can get. On the positive side. The front desk staff were friendly.

  Comfort inn hosted my wedding hotel block. The space was great - the fireplace suite is a nice spot for a couple. There is a spacious bar on the first floor with a rental option. We hosted our rehearsal brunch there. The drinks were tasty and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

  This was really easy to get to off the Interstate and there was plenty of parking. There is a gas station and a Cracker Barrel right in front of it. I had a room on the second floor that overlooked the pool, it was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom could use a little updating. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was good and included eggs/sausage/cereal/waffles/muffins/fruit and beverages. I would stay here again and I felt safe as a solo traveler.
