  We discovered the hotel online and thought everything looked magical, so we booked three nights. First of all, the property really does look just like the pictures. Beautiful and charming.Now to our stay: On the first day, the rather small pool was unfortunately overcrowded. The rooms are simple, as described, but nothing felt particularly new. Not even the air conditioning or the hairdryer, which barely worked for us. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was tasty, but the selection was very limited, usually just one of of fruit for example. It also became clear that the service could use improvement. The staff by the pool seemed overwhelmed, especially with drinks. While the drinks looked great (very Instagram-worthy), they unfortunately didn’t taste like it.All in all, it’s a wonderful property with lots of potential. However, given the relatively high price, we couldn’t overlook the issues mentioned.

  Stunning hotel in a tranquil setting. Amazing pool, views and service. For the price I would have liked a full length mirror in the bedroom and perhaps a coffee machine. Breakfast overpriced for what it is, limited selection.Would love to come back one day ☺️

  Relaxing and quiet

  I came here to just relax and read my books for a few days, I couldn’t have chosen a better spot or time of year.The staff are very friendly. I accidentally locked myself out of my room with the key in the lock (nice one, what a wally!) and the staff that helped me get back in couldn’t have been nicer about it, they were very kind and reassuring, which I appreciated as I get a little socially nervous.The room was lovely, immaculately clean, good powerful shower, comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a good safe, fridge and kettle.The pool area was gorgeous, very good sun trap surrounded by greenery, I spent most of my time reading on the loungers. The pool is understandably very cold at this time of year but was nice to dangle my feet in to cool off. I think most visitors at this time of year tend to be out hiking or cycling so I pretty much had the area to myself the whole time, but any guests I encountered were always quiet around the public areas, I can’t imagine the place getting close to rowdy!15 minute walk to the town area which has some nice restaurants, pharmacy and a good few shops and a really nice place that did takeaway pizza.Breakfast was lovely, very fresh, always a good selection of fruits and meats and you are offered freshly cooked eggs which were delicious, as was the freshly squeezed orange juice.This was a perfect place for me to come and have some ‘me time’ and I will definitely return next year.

  Horrible experience

  I'm not the one to usually leave reviews but what we lived in this hotel was so unacceptable that I had to share it. We live in Palma, and be booked one night stay in the hotel to spend what was supposed to be a relaxing night in a rural hotel. When we went to bed at 23:00h, there was a very loud music from a venue nearby that made it impossible for us to sleep. We wanted to to go to reception to address this, but there is no-one working in the reception from 21:00h until the morning. We were up in bed unable to sleep until 2:00AM, when we were obliged to pack and abandon the hotel and leave back home to Palma.We wrote to the hotel to address this horrible experience asking for the refund of the night we paid, considering that the experience was horrible and that there was no-one there to solve the situation - but they simply replied that the music was external factor and that they will not do anything to compensate for the experience.Other than that, the hotel is quite old and has a stuffy smell of old houses. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels in Mallorca and worldwide - but never have he had a such a poor experience in a hotel and the service and unwillingness to compensate for this situation was shocking.

  Lovely hotel in a beautiful, relaxing setting.

  A beautiful relaxing hotel. Rooms were clean , bright and a good size. The pool was amazing and great comfortable sunbeds to. All the views were fantastic wherever you looked. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. The bar had drinks and snacks that you could have by your sunbed. All at reasonable prices to. A great Aperol Spritz.We didn't have breakfast but had coffee sat in the beautiful surroundings.Very short walk into town with restaurants and groceries . Although a small , quiet town which adds to it's charm.Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.
