Location

The hotel is situated in a superb location on the cliffs of Cabo Blanco and lies between 50 and 300 m from the sea. The rocky cove is accessible via a staircase of 360 steps. It is 11 km away from El Arenal, where guests will find beautiful beaches, shopping and entertainment venues. Buses run regularly from the hotel.

Facility

The bungalow complex has a lift and features 363 cabins and 40 apartments. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour guest services desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows passengers to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that cabins maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The cabins have a double bed and a sofa bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for passengers' convenience. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit or, for a fee, diving. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a spa is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks and live cooking, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, passengers serve themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    False advertisement!! Was supposed to be a hotel but they are chalets it’s like I’m at a caravan site. Cleaners were rude, rooms were unhygienic and dirty. Food is 0/10 not cooked properly. Very unclean I don’t recommend this olace at all!!!
