Location

This comfortable hotel is situated approximately 50 m from the nearest sandy beach. The city centre is only 200 m away and offers plenty of shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 8 suites, 10 single rooms and 174 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and adjustable central heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Extra comforts include a refrigerator.     No air conditioning in the hotel. Outside temp was +25C, but only heating available, very hot inside at nights. Our system is centrally managed, which means it operates either in heating or cooling mode for the entire building, but not both simultaneously.During the week last week, due to low temperatures and a higher demand for heating from other guests, the system was set to heating mode. However, on May 14th, it was switched to cooling mode following the higuer temperatures, and it will remain in this mode throughout the warm months. We inform all our guests about this change into cool mode, via text message. For those who may feel warm during the day, we are happy to provide fans or additional equipment upon request to ensure a comfortable stay. I wish we could have inform you better, because i am sure we could have provided a better experience for you both!Kind regards, Sunprime Waterfront, Diego

    Me and my partner had a fantastic stay at Sunprime Waterfront! We were met by friendly staff, fresh facilities, and a pleasant atmosphere!**Food & Drink:We chose an All-Inclusive package that included a lunch buffet and dinner buffet. Every evening there was a theme for the dinner, which resulted in new and exciting dishes each night! The lunch buffet was more or less the same every day, with some variations. At both lunch and dinner, the waiters would come out and serve your drinks - super convenient! All the food was well-seasoned, but some meat dishes could get a bit dry, especially if you came later during meal times.The hotel's bar offered many delicious drinks that were neither watered down nor too strong. All the bartenders were very friendly and attentive to your orders. The only thing I missed was a bit more snacks with the drinks, like chips, chili nuts, and similar items. What was offered was salted peanuts.The Room:We booked a room on a higher floor with a sea view. The room was fresh and nice, with a magical view. Towels were replaced when we asked for it, and the cleaning was well done!We also paid extra to use the hotel's rooftop terrace on the 5th floor with a private pool. It was extremely appreciated, as the pool area on the ground floor often got crowded. On the rooftop terrace, there were regular sunbeds and 5-6 slightly larger sun loungers. The only downside to the rooftop terrace was that there wasn't a bar or similar, so you had to go down to the first floor to order drinks.Other:The lobby staff was very accommodating and service-minded, and there were both Scandinavian and Spanish representatives!The hotel is located close to the airport, so during peak hours it can be quite noisy but you get used to it! :)On the day of check-out, we could check in our luggage at the reception, which meant we didn't have to do it at the airport. This was because we traveled with Sunclass Airlines! Very smooth and appreciated!     Nice and calm experience

    We visited this hotel in July 23. we booked the best room 506, with rooftop acsess and pool. This was really worth the extra money. The view was amazing, and the pool had cooling so we could cool down from the hot weather. That was mice.We had all inclusive and it was always some special nice food at the buffet so we didn’t consider to take one evening at a restaurant outside the hotel. And the buffet varied a lot with different nationality themes everynight.. I would recommend room at rooftop, the pool down is quite small and a little crowded. Nice cleaning at the room and in general the hotel.To lift this experience it should have been a little bar at the rooftop, some more possibilities for different drinks in the all inclusive.We have read about alot of noice from planes before we went there, so it wasn’t a big problem for us. But we took the time on the intervall of planes and all day to the evening its a airplane every 1 min and 15 sec. Its good to know what to expect. But not a big problem for us.Plecent staff.     Just stayed at this fantastic hotel , let me start with reception..absolutely top service 👏 , we arrived and was given a refreshing drink , thank you, was well appreciated 👍. Our room was facing the beach ⛱ room was fantastic, spotlessly clean , cleaned daily . All the bar staff were very friendly and very helpful 🙂. More than enough sunbeds available so no need to get up early to reserve one 😀. I only have positive things to say about this hotel and don't want to say anything negative..but ...the food ..could be more of a choice and be warmer ..sry ..thats all I could think of that I wasn't happy with, maybe its me being fussy. I just want to say that the check in for the trip home at the hotel is fantastic 👏, no wasting time at the airport straight to security in 5 mins . Excellent service sunprime . We will be staying again ( if you can warm the food 😁) .A big thank you to all your staff for a great week , especially Jessica on reception, went out of her way to help , only thing she couldn't find was a place to buy English newspapers, but I found one , in palma 🙂.Once again a very big thank you to everyone at sunprime beachfront .Regards Gary .     Horribly mistreated

    They are trying to delete my reviews on Google Maps, which again shows how they treat people who paid over 20000SEK for this trip. Therefore I am letting everyone know.Mistreated and bullied by a hotel staff member who yelled at us just because the two of us were standing in front of a table for four, considering where to sit. We did not even sit at the table for four, but even if we did they could have told us in an educated and polite manner to move. We sat at the table for two, but this person came to us again, continued yelling, making a scene in front of the entire restaurant, telling me to shut up repeatedly because I was asking him to please talk to us nicely. We then left the table and food, and went to the reception to file an official complaint. They offered an apology, wrote a few sentences down, and that's it. Not even offered to bring us our plates out of the restaurant as we were obviously too upset to go back in there to eat. When reported to Ving, they TEXTED us asking what went wrong ACCORDING to us. Like we had to dispute the case to show that we were wronged. They did not even have the decency to call us and hear in detail (as the reception staff wrote down one sentence about this, diminishing what has happened) about the incident. We refused to text them about this, and gave them a chance to call and hear us out, which they did not do. We did not want any compensation, just to be heard, which they have failed in doing. Thank you for the vacation ruined, maybe consider giving the hotel staff some basic training in decency and hospitality. Worst experience ever that has unfortunately overshadowed all the other positive things.
