The hotel was renovated in 2026. The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with 2 lifts and 182 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Great hotel, location is great close to shops restaurants and bus stops, about 7 minutes walk to beach. Staff all very friendly and welcoming . Room was absolutely spotless and bed and pillows very comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets.breakfast was lovely and very good selection of hot and cold food and the pastries were excellent. Pool temperature was very good and pool games provided by the great entertainment team. Hotels clientele is mixed age group which gives a relaxed vibe. It’s a great 3 star hotel a lot better than some 4 star hotels I stayed in, I would recommend it highly and would stay again.     Worst hotel ever - avoid this hotel

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No fridge in room, noise levels high every night. Dirty bed sheets dirty toilet bath and shower. Dirty balcony. Food dreadful. Outside balcony litter fag packets, cig butts, lots of dirt.     Beautiful experience at Hsm Don Juan

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its so close to the beach, the restaurants, shops and the bus stop. Their food is delicious. We had a half board plan and therefore it is perfect for us cousins as we always go out after breakfast and come back at dinnertime. We walked from our beach all the way to palma and we liked our beach better as it is clean and leas wavy than the rest. We like all the staff at the hotel esp the activity planner Gemma and the staff at food services. They were all friendly and accomodating.     We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a very diverse place with a great mix of guests — from young couples to older people and families with kids. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed for everyone.The restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every day. There was always something new to try, and the quality was consistently high.A special shout-out to the animation team, especially Gemma! She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure our son was having a great time. She kept things fun and engaging with different activities throughout the day. Her warm personality really made a difference in our stay.We would definitely come back!     This is not a family hotel!

    Awful experience, I wouldn’t ever return to this hotel again. The noise level was a joke. The walls were so thin. I appreciate Magaluf is a party island, noise is expected, I have been here a few times with my child and it’s been family friendly. This is by far the worst hotel and definitely is not recommended for children. It actually says on their website it accommodates for children. IT REALLY DOES NOT! reception also told me this isn’t a family friend hotel. Had I have known this, I wouldn’t have ever booked it, I read some of the reviews regarding children staying at this hotel which was why I booked it, every other time I have been here in Magaluf with my child , the experience has been great. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with children unless you and your family want to be sleep deprived or to be told there’s nothing they can do! This was my worst experience staying in Magaluf yet.This is what i read online …The hotel offers a spacious terrace with a swimming pool for adults with a separate space for children.CHILDREN: At HSM Don Juan there is a mini club for children during the summer months and swimming area for children. Baby cots and high chairs are also available in the restaurant at no extra cost.
