Wouldn’t stay here again

Firstly, everything is brown. The decor is brown everywhere and whilst I get the Boujee vibe it just isn’t quite there. A lighter blue maybe would freshen up the place and make it considerably more easy on the eye. I read previous reviews saying it feels like a hostel and I’d agree with that statement. On arrival it was obvious the male receptionist prioritised the young female guests rather than families. The walls are paper thin, lady in the next room had a horrendous cough, she sounded really poorly and it kept us up all night for the 2 1/2 nights we were there. The are is a noisy area in general, we understand that but this was next level. We were also advised we’d get renovated rooms with a pool view when we checked in, only one room was as described the other was basic and had a terrible view. When we arrived went to place bottled water on the fridge and the previous guests half eaten cupcake and other food items were in there. Contacted reception on the live chat on the app, nobody replied. One room leaked from ceiling when air conditioning was on. The brunch is a good idea but limited choices. The whole place is just dull and drab, it’s cheap and cheerful and probably great if you’re coming for the clubs etc. but not for families, Much better hotels in the area on a similar budget, we wouldn’t stay again, sorry!

Lovely place, amazing brunch! The rooms are basic but for the price they are more than fine. Pool area is very relaxing. Very good service. Close to everything you need. Fab long weekend stay

I stayed here with a friend for a long weekend. This hotel was perfect for that! Fab hotel with excellent comfortable sun loungers that were great for mid day naps! (we didn’t test the pool as was cooler since it is October). Staff were helpful. We did go in off season so think that helped but didn’t have any problems with noise. Super close to the beach, little supermarkets and restaurants for the evening. We got buses everywhere from outside the hotel (2 euro single trip, 5 euro for airport). The rooms were clean and housekeeping came every day. The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel was very accommodating to stay before and after check-in/check-out with lockers for baggage, comfortable chairs, chargers, showers etc. Overall great place to stay!
