The hotel is located near to the centre of Palma Nova, just a few paces from the sandy beach (approximately 70 m). Furthermore, a bus stop is to be found 400 m from the hotel.     Basic but comfy with great location

    The rooms are compact but clean with towel change and bin emptied daily. The tv and one of the wall lights wasn’t working on our first day , we reported to reception and both were fixed on our to the room 3 hours later The pool was generally peaceful and ok to get loungers. Staff on pool bar very friendly and efficient. Service was always with a smile even when one person left to serve alone.Brunch was great as we prefer to eat later in the mornings so having it on until 13.30 was helpful. There was a good selection of pastries, fruit , breads , yogurts and some daily random offerings like baby potato’s and fish sticks. Location wise couldn’t ask for more - minutes from beach and shops & restaurants yet our pool view room was peaceful - bar the odd person making a racket coming in from their night out It was a perfect base for 4 nights, my only down point is the use of the screens for check in that then send a digital key. We arrived early hours of morning and having to scan passports then enter personal info like home addresses and contact details was tiresome. The digital key then never arrived and despite reception spending 15 min trying to support us by downloading a tent app and sign in to that we still couldn’t get the digital key to work and were given one physical key.

    Lovely chilled vibe at the hotel, brunch til 1.30pm and no issues getting a sun lounger Rooms a little small but adequate all with a balcony Easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants

    what an absolute corker of a hotel. Location is no more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is well placed for local bars, restaurants and shops, however without tge normal associated noise issues. The pool area is very relaxed with great bar staff. I don't think I have met a staff member who wasn't pleasant, happy and extremely helpful. The rooms are great and the restaurant offers a buffet so if you can't be bothered heading out for a bite you can manage breakfast and lunch on site. We are repeat visitors who unfortunately didn't make it last year. After this visit we will definitely be back sooner. Couldn't recommend the place enough

    Perfect location but could do so much better

    Perfect location just a minutes walk from most things. Seafront, bars cafés etc. Positive brunch breakfast is more than enough choice even though people were in and out till 1pm like it was all inclusive. Room was modern but small. 💯 Could do with a fridge in the summer months. Reception very nice but could be a lot more helpful as check-in not till 3pm.Negative pool 💦 is far too deep and freezing 🥶 cold. Nobody hardly at pool bar so people getting drunk on their own drinks and being a general nuisance with no-one around to do anything about it. We were promised complimentary drinks which never happened plus the balcony is tiny and doesn't feel safe with metal bars and not very high.

    Hotel was really nice, well decorated. Very large Dining area for size of hotel & unlimited blunch was a bonus, brilliant idea. My only niggle was that I had paid extra for a double room (solo traveller) j was given a very small room, same as they advertise on their website as a single room. It was ok for me but 2 people would struggle, no storage space & very little hanging space. The shower was very powerful & room. Service good
