Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this hotel is situated in a quiet area in Playa de Palma, just a few steps from the public sandy beach. There are shops and public transport stops in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest bars and nightclubs are located about 2 km away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2021. The hotel has 4 lifts and features 216 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a conference room and a lounge are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Plenty of active relaxation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoor pools. Even in bad weather, a swim in the indoor pool is always an option (no extra charge). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include a gym, a sauna and a hammam or, for a fee, massage treatments.

Meals

Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and a buffet). Half board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

Recently returned from this hotel and loved it. Firstly the cleaners were in every day and didn't just make the bed and refresh towels they folder up pj's, tidied shoes and tidied toiletries.
