Location

The hotel was modernised in 2022. Units include 148 rooms located in a 12-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). 3 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Bicycle storage for no extra charge is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. A projector and a flip chart and pens can be found in the conference area. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

    The location is perfect, close to the beach and bars/ restaurants, but not on a busy street so there was no noise from outside. Our room had a beautiful sea view and a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from, both savoury and sweet. I was very pleasantly surprised on my birthday with a cake and champagne. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this place.     The hotel was lovely and clean, little amenities provided when needed. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The buffet provides plenty of different food choices. Indoor heated pool for if the weather isn’t the best and a great gymWill definitely come back again, looking forward to our next visit.

    Beautiful Views and Ideal Location

    The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and a short drive from the airport. This makes it a great base for any trip. The room was spacious and the balcony had a great view of the outdoor pool area, and the beach in the far background. We had beautiful sunset views which was a great added extra. All rooms were clean and, apart from the noise from the wind outside, there was no noise from the hotel itself. Very peaceful sleep. Overall the hotel is great value for money, and we loved the atmosphere. The staff were friendly throughout and very accommodating of our needs - both as hotel guests, but also our business needs.

    Everything has been fine. The room was very nice and clean with a fantastic view on playa de Palma. The Service are very good and the people have been always kind and professional. The meals have been good and tasty.

    My second visit to THB Maria Isabel, friendly staff, good location, and comfortable rooms. All you need facilities for a short holiday or business meeting with amazing places to visit within a short drive. Great value as we visited off-leak.
