    Can’t recommend

    rating15 Apr 2026

It’s a reasonably priced, wellappointed hostel a 25 minute walk from Palma town centre. Mixed dorms was a shock. The pool was not open. My biggest complaint is the noise at night. Shouting and singing went on until 3 in the morning one night and until 1 other nights. All rooms are groups around a single atrium so there’s no escape. Appalling. Plus there was a group of very young French kids whose behaviour was rude and shameful. No attempt was made to manage this by the hostel. The place reeks of cigarettes. A shame because this is in general a good place but given the guests’ behaviour I can’t recommend it.

    Took my money!

    rating07 Apr 2026

They took money from my account that was unauthorised! The hostel charged me cancellation fee of 180€ for a booking I never made! Front of desk staff i’ve been in contact with were unprofessional and continued to contradict themselves. Do not give them your card details!!!!

    I hated everything about it

    rating03 Sept 2025

The hostel is extremely overpriced it is far away from everything, the service is slow, you’ll have to do self check-in and still wait for them. And every little service costs extra. 6€ for a towel, 2€ to choose your bed, 5€ to store the luggage - it is ridiculous.

    Mixed dorm. Mixed review

    rating08 Nov 2024

Situated in a quieter 'less cool' area of the city, it is affordable and the closest hostel to public transport links. The hostel includes an outside seating area and basic balcony. There are kitchens to use, but you have to pay €5 for the hostel to look after your baggage if you arrive early. It can be noisy outside until around 11pm, with a large playground/sports pitch situated nearby. I shared a 4-bed mixed dorm. The experience often comes down to who you meet, and in November it is quiter than at other times of the year. I slept well on 2 out of 3 nights, but on the final night one young lady's phone alarm started going off at 6am (sound and lights flashing). She didn't wake up at all, but everyone else did. We had to shake her awake and she turned her alarm off. 5 mins later, this happened again. And again. She just kept snoozing it, not waking up and the rest of us were now wide awake! We ended up having to ask reception to put an end to it twice. But the receptionist seemed to be unable to use her authority to get this relentless noise to stop. One of the room guests gave up at 6.30 and just stormed out the hostel. At 7am the lady finally got up, turned all the lights on in the room, and made a racket. She was one of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of sharing a room with. She didn't apologise once. This is not necessarily a reflection on the hostel itself, and this certainly doesn't happen every night. But it is a warning of what *can* happen, and how little the hostel can act. It was mostly full of Germans, and I made a friend with one of them (we ended up going out for food/drinks the next day). They also hire out bikes for €15 euros, which is certainly competitive. All in all, pretty mixed.

Worst experience - stay away if you want to sleep

    rating02 Aug 2024

Worst hostel experience ever. When we tried to check in t 22.30 to the dobbelroom we hade paid more then 200 Euros. The guy in the reception told us tht we could not stay there as he was only 14 and claimed we hade shared rooms.. The hotel policy is 14 but he claimed it was 16 years. I advised him to read the regulation on the web page of the hotel and our booking. He had to admit he was wrong. Then he charges us city tax for the 14 year old boy but only a person of 16 years can be charged city tax. The dobbelroom with bath and kitchen was nice furnished. But when we tried to sleep we had a new problem. The windows of the rooms does not close so all the talking (smoking??) from the people in the atrie bellow makes it difficult to sleep. I went down to complain but the guy in the reception told me he that the leader of the hotel wanted it to be open all night. It was not possible to tell the people to be respectfull to the people since they will start again after 5 minutes..He pointed to the machine were i could buy something to put in me ears to sleep. At 03.00 still lots of talking like a nachspiel scene and not possible to sleep.
