Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay.     Basic Hostal, well executed ! friendly staff. Good coffee :)

    + Basic Hostal, well executed ! clean, solid, simple with good breakfast. no frills. free wifi. i was here in November, there was a heater and extra blankets. No AC. Friendly helpfull staff. Spacious clean bath and room. Small balcony. There is no parking at the hotel grounds. Street parking looks difficult. The Hostal has 4 floors but there is no lift. Wifi stable, although capped at 512Kb/s.The bed was surprisingly good. Everything in the hostal was simple but looked well maintaned.Breakfast was OK, with good coffee :) Located in a side street just behind the strip and close to the main bus stop(s) - Everything sounded a bit hollow inside. Lots of echos of people slamming doors and going down the stairs going through the building. A few rubber stops inbetween door frames and some wallcarpeting would maybe silence the noise peaks.

    The staff who work in this hostal are really friendly, the room was nice and clean. I paid for exactly what i wanted. The breakfast is also good. I had airconditioning in my superior room and it just by beach.

    We had a four night stay here and found it to be clean, comfortable, friendly and well located. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A great breakfast was put out each morning and the rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels also left daily. Great location as a stones throw from the beach and many restaurants and bars.

    Run away from this place! We booked a triple room and they just set us in a double room with extra bed. The room is tiny with no AC or Fan and It's just 28 degrees at midnight. We asked for a vent and the staff said that she couldn't do anything and that it was not her business. To sum up they really don't care for customer service and it has been a terrible experience! P.s don't forget to bring your ear plugs is really noisy there!

    Worst experience! 24 degrees in the evening and there is no fan at all, I'm literally roster in the room and I'm headache. They fit me and two more friends in a tiny space with only one tiny window, bedroom is out of the room. We barely can move around, when I report for some help the staff said "it's not her business " really?!! So is it my problem? I don't recommend this "hostel" even for my enemies!
