Location

The sandy beach is 350 m from the hotel and the town of Palmanova is 4 km away. The closest cities are Magalluf (7 km) and Palma de Mallorca (10 km). Distance from the hotel to: airport PMI (23 km), House of Katmandu (6 km), disco (500 m), Marineland (500 m) and Wester Park (7 km).

Facility

The apartment hotel has 168 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a currency exchange service are available. Internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Rooms

    We’ve just returned from another stay at Tomir Portals Suites, and once again, it was absolutely perfect. This wasn’t our first visit, myself and Hollie have stayed here a few times now, and every single time it somehow manages to exceed our expectations.The hotel itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and everything maintained to such a high standard. The location is ideal too, close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind and enjoy your time away.What really makes this place special is the staff, especially Carmen, who always goes above and beyond and is one of the nicest ladies we have had the pleasure of dealing with when travelling. She makes you feel so valued and at home from the moment you arrive.We truly cannot fault this place at all and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.     Amazing hotel. Staff are so friendly and very efficient. There is such a lovely, relaxing feeling. Breakfast is fabulous and presentation is a work of art!     We have just returned to the U.K. from an outstanding stay at Tomir Suites.Everything from Check-in to Departure was above excellence!!The welcome we received, the standard of service from your wonderful, amazing team was just perfect!!The food and drinks, out of this world.I also have to say that the breakfast buffet and the daily changing ‘specials’ table was a fantastic touch.     Wow! what an amazing time we had. Exceptional staff in an exceptional hotel. We felt privileged to have stayed at the Tomir.
