This pleasant hotel is located above El Arenal marina just 500 m from the nearest kilometre-long sandy beach. Shopping venues are to be found close by and it is just a few minutes walk to the resort centre where guests will discover a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     The credit to this hotel go to the very friendly&efficient staff.rooms are nice bed is a bit hatd.rain shower is pipping hot.towel are smooth.The adfing plus is the mini fridge .handy to keep cold fruits and drinksThe food is really good and varied at dinner time.water at dinner time is ex6ra but at 2.5€ a litre its hardly a rip off.wine is available by the glass too @3.5€.lots of choice for brreakfast.coffee and juices are low standard.its a pity for an island who produce oranges like in Sóller(had the best orange juice there)Did arrived late (915)and kind receptionist direct me straight to dining room to get someting to eat .its details like this that make a difference and would want customer to come back.Bus 23 stop just outside hotel is very convenient.bys A2 to airport very close by too.Its a bit of a climb from the beach.Hotel is spotlessly cleanWould definitely come back

    Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The free parking is a great plus, as well as the location – just a 4-minute walk to the beach. However, in my opinion the hotel does not fully meet a 4-star standard, more like a solid 3 stars.

    I booked this hotel at the last minute without checking reviews, when i couldn't book my normal hotel a few miles away, but became quite concerned when i did get round to reading the reviews, but i can honestly say i was very happy with my stay, im a firm believer in you get what you pay for, as this hotel was less then half of my usual hotel it was a little concerning, but everything has been wonderful and you definitely get more then you pay for, i will definitely recommend and be returning 👍👍

    This is a lovely hotel in a great location, about a 10-15 walk at most from the beach and various restaurants and bars.Multiple Spar supermarkets nearby which was useful.I thought the pool was decent, with plenty of sun-loungers and a great pool bar. The pool area gets the sun for most of the day until around 6pm.The Spa facilities are definitely recommended, and the food (breakfast and evening meal) was all very tasty.The walls are quite thin and it was a bit noisy in the room but sort of to be expected with the area it’s in. The room had a great balcony with a reasonable view.Would definitely stay again. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful.

    Staff lovely and friendly. Lovely reception area, spa, dining and cafe area. Pool area good, always beds even though large hotel. Half board, however no drink available on evening meal, you have to buy water or other drinks! No tea/coffee in room although there is a fridge, small bath towels and although dispenser in shower, only small amount comes out. Need to bring your own bring toiletries. Room adequate and comfortable, however our view from balcony not great, overlooked road and other buildings. Although we weren't in the room much. Food okay, not a lot of variety, especially if you're vegetarian, like my sister. Food not always hot. However, had a pleasant stay, beach close by and other amenities.
