The breakfast is terrible, with very little variety. The quality of the available items is very low. The pastries are awful, and there's no deli meats at all. The staff are grumpy. The internet is terrible; they claim high-speed internet in the description, but it's not. There are frequent disconnections. The rooms are very old. The TV is a wreck, and the bathtub is dangerously slippery; I almost broke my leg. I wouldn't recommend it at all in terms of price-performance ratio. Don't be fooled by the Booking.com reviews; it barely deserves a 3, let alone a 9.1. Look for other accommodations.

  Lovely central hotel

  Stayed here for two nights with my adult daughter. We arrived early before lunch and wasn't expecting our room to be ready, and was surprised when it was. Check in was quick and we were given two key cards. We upgraded to a superior room which was at the back of the building. No real view but nice and peaceful away from the busy road. Our room was spacious, clean and warm (it was minus 5 outside). The beds were really comfortable with super soft pillows.The bathroom had under floor heating and a bath with a very powerful shower over. Everything was very clean and in good order. They offered complementary toiletries and shower caps. Breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a selection of cereals, porridge, yogurt, pancakes, eggs scrambled, boiled or fried, beans, sausages, pastries and cake and a continental cold selection of meat and cheese.The bar was a nice area for a drink before going out for the evening. You could also order food. The hotel is also pretty central, just a few minutes walk to Wenceslas SquareWe enjoyed our stay here, and would return to this hotel if in Prague again.

  The location is outstanding: right in the city center and within walking distance of Prague’s main attractions. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel is remarkably quiet, especially at night. The rooms are well soundproofed, allowing for a very restful stay.The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning, including local products, fresh bread, fruit, eggs, and hot beverages. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room layout was practical and well designed. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped, with good toiletries and a hairdryer. The décor is elegant, combining modern comfort with a classic style.The staff truly stands out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always happy to provide recommendations, directions, and assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

  Lovely hotel in great location

  Lovely traditionally-decorated hotel in a great location to walk to most things. Friendly staff who were helpful whenever we had a query. Good choice of food and drink at buffet-style breakfast, constantly topped up and therefore fresh and hot (loved the pancakes!). Room comfy and everything we needed. The only downside was the beautiful curtains didnt quite cover when closed (maybe intended for decorative purposes?), but nets alone didnt make it dark enough for us. If you like a completely dark room for sleeping take eye masks.
