Location

    Location is brilliant- short 2 minute walk to the square- slight incline on hill walking to main town of Santa ponsa but short 10 minute walk to reach all pubs and restaurants. Good value for money.Atmosphere was nice and chilled all family’s and older people in the hotelNext time I will be paying extra for the sea view. On returning one night the rooms next door were left ajar after the cleaners had been in (the couple in the next room confirmed this) luckily our room was not.We had a twin bed but pushed together, another person could have slept on the couch. We didn’t eat in the hotel - ate in town every morning and eveningSupermarket a cross the road- prices are expensive in supermarket E.G €6 for conditioner I will be returning to this hotel and Santa ponsa. (Looking at booking already)

    Had a long weekend break and the hotel was ideal. 2mins from the Square and 10min walk to the Strip or 5 euro in a taxi. Plenty of eating options around and a supermarket opposite.We had a self catering room with a small lounge, separate kitchenette, twin beds and a WC with a great shower. Furniture is a bit dated but the beds were very comfortable and had great sleeps.We were out most of the time so didn't use many of the amenitoes or entertainment but all the staff were very pleasant.

    Sea and pool views stunning. Great location. Staff very friendly throughout stay. Rooms clean. We did self catering so was grand. No where to plug in kettle in the kitchen so had to put to floor in main room. Bit odd not having a socket in kitchen. Showers were amazing! Only had food in pool bar on last day and it was awful. Over priced and awful breakfast. Also all guests need to be told that the balcony doors once closed cant be opened from balcony. We did it and while staying there four other rooms also locked out on balcony. Warnings should be on doors. Place was lively at weekends. We slept well overall. Would definitely go back as good far outweighed small negatives.

    This was our second visit to Jardin del Mar, we chose the self catering option. It is a good, but basic hotel, rooms are a good size and are clean but dated, the small kitchen was adequate however as we didnt want or need to cook, only preparing snacks for breakfast or lunch, found it difficult to plug the kettle in as there was no plug near a surface, ended up juggling the furniture round in the living room to sit it on tge table, but again we coped.Views are amazingPool area lovely, made more better by the duck visiting, taking a dip in the pool and wandering round the sunbeds looking hopefully for food.All the staff from domestic, to reception, bar staff etc were lovely, and very helpful.Local amenities were close.First half of our week was good, last few days spoilt by loud drunken men who felt it appropriate to sit at the bar singing and shouting all day, staff did what they could, but not good for families and mature adults wanting to relax.I dont think we would return

    Great location, everything nearby. The pool and lobby are clean and modern. The rooms are a bit older but in good condition and clean, and large enough for families. There's also a small kitchenette with a few basic items. The kids' program is fantastic; our kids had a lot of fun and enjoyed participating. It's great entertainment for all ages. If you're looking for something with activities and variety at the hotel, this is the place for you, with plenty of options. The beach is just a few minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised and had a lot of fun. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and a special thank you goes to the entertainer, Victor, who tailored the program to our needs.
