Location

This apartment hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Alcudia. The kilometre-long sandy beach (400 m away) is easily reached by crossing the main road in front of the hotel. Less than 2 km away guests will reach a variety of shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 54 apartments and 17 studios located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton and billiards. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The apartment hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We were in room 1 block 2. The room was excellent. The staff were 1st class. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel

    Nice hotel, mosquitoes are a nightmare

    Pros; Great location, 5 min walk from the beach and set back from the main strip which makes it very quietWe booked a 1 bed apartment, it was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was greatPool area was good, most days plenty of sun beds. It was clean, decent size pool and Pool bar staff walk around with complimentary fruit which is a nice touchStaff were excellent, very helpful, attentive and friendlyCons; Mosquitoes are a killer, loads and everywhere making the balcony unusable past 7pm. We assumed because the hotel was right on the lake it was a perfect location for them. My wife and I were bit 20+ times (not an exaggeration) in a 9 day stay. We had plugins and repellent and didn’t make a difference.We had a terrible smell coming through the kitchen sink for 3 days, reported it on day 2 and nothing happened so was a little more forceful on day 3 and it was quickly fixed. I did explain it was making us feel ill (particularly bad first thing in the morning) and on day 3 it was resolved and didn’t come back.Pool towels, you pay €10 per towel per week which a new one on me. For a family of 4 €80 for pool towels felt expensive, particularly when they can only be changed twice meaning you don’t get clean ones every day. First time I’ve had to pay so didn’t feel great. Kitchen not the best equipped, 2 glasses and there were 4 of us (we used some pool glasses in the end) - we only ate breakfast and lunch in the room so no massive drama for us.Restaurant and bar area very quiet and closes early - maybe because very quiet (and tonnes of Mosquitoes) but soulless at nightLast thing to be aware of, the hotel is split over two sides of the road so you do end up crossing a reasonably busy road to get from reception to the pool. We had two young kids… not a good thing or bad thing but something to be aware of. This information is indicated in our website, so you should know it in advance and then you decide if you wish to rent them or not. It is an extra service which is not included in the room rate, as indicated.All the room are equipped with items for 4 people ( 4 dishes, 4 glasses, 4 cups, etc) if we had know you had just 2, we would have sent the maid with 2 more glasses and the problem would have been solved.We are sorry that the bar closes early, normally we close around 23 h, however, if there is nobody, we close a bit early. We are very sorry if it was an inconveniente for you.We are sorry that we did not meet all your expectations.     We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. Water refill stations by every block, supporting their environment awareness. Just so quiet and in a great setting. Would absolutely return to this lovely accommodation, thank-you!
