    Gorgeous relaxing hotel

    We had a brilliant time at this hotel. We were welcomed late at night by the night manager who greeted us with welcome drinks and showed us to our room. We had the junior suite with solarium which was fantastic, the room had everything we needed including a nespresso coffee machine. Because it was so late we were left with a cold dinner (cheese, meats and fruit) in our room which we weren’t expecting. The main restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner and we liked the fact that there was a buffet alongside the à la carte menu. We’d like to give a particular mention to Ramon who was so kind to us and looked after us well. The food was genuinely the best I’ve had in a hotel. The pool area was lovely, never any issues with sunbeds. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was on the last day we ordered lunch from the Bacora restaurant (sunbed service) and we were disappointed with the quality of the food given the price point, and compared to the quality of the food in the main restaurant that was included in our half board rate. However this doesn’t detract from our 5 star rating! We also enjoyed exploring the local area - hiring a car is a must and the hotel is well positioned for exploring the coast line.     Mother and daughter weekend

    My daughter and I were booked on a late flight so didn’t arrive until 1am. However, the staff were waiting and expecting us! Escorted us to our beautiful room, which was upgraded to a balcony as it was my birthday. Room, breakfast, dinner, pool and spa were exceptional. Staff weee friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We had an amazing weekend, looking over the beautiful sea.     We had a fantastic stay at this hotel – it truly felt luxurious from start to finish. The attention to detail really stood out, with touches like Le Creuset cookware and Smeg toasters adding to the premium feel.Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a huge variety of options to choose from – even including champagne, which was a lovely touch.My partner and I spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, enjoying lunches and cocktails. The strawberry daiquiris were a particular favourite – definitely worth trying!We also dined in the hotel restaurant one evening, and the food was exceptional. I had the veal, while my partner chose the stuffed ravioli – both dishes were absolutely delicious.Another big plus for us was the free car park. We always like to rent a car and explore the surrounding area, so this made things really convenient.The evening entertainment was also enjoyable, especially the Scottish singer, who was excellent.The only minor downsides we found were in the breakfast buffet seating area, where the lights hang quite low – I did end up bumping my head a few times when getting up from the table, so it’s something to be mindful of. Also, the double bed was made up of two singles pushed together, which wasn’t ideal for comfort.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getawaey.     I had two wonderful treatments with Susana! She paid close attention to my individual needs and ensured that I felt at ease throughout the sessions. Her technique was confident and precise. At the same time, she created a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling deeply relaxed and well looked after. I would definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend her.     Great outlook from the breakfast terrace

    Difficult to give a final score for this place. I really like the vibe of this location and the small town. I loved the pool, access to swim in the sea at the front via a ladder, its proximity to Es Trenc ..and the breakfast was phenomenal. I had a person in the neighbouring room, who refused to turn the TV down from being very loud all evening, and the next evening / Not much could be done about this, as the staff asked him (he said he'd turn it down but didn't), and the hotel was full (I was told/ I have to take their word for it), so I couldn't move rooms. -Destroying the peace, annoys me to a huge degree, on holiday. The other big negative, is that the room was too cold, and the thermostat, as usual in hotels, didn't responds to movements of the dial. I may have been unlucky with these 2 things, but there we go!
