    A relaxing spot on a busy island

    A return trip to the Universal Perla hotel and another great holiday. Fantastic position on the beach, great for strolling along the sea front with plenty of restaurants and watering holes. Hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the walk in showers fantastic. The water stations on alternate floors are a great asset with both hot and cold water accessible at any time. The service in every area is great and the staff work very hard. The food is varied and plentiful. The pool is wonderful. If you want a holiday to relax and chill out this resort is very quiet and by 11pm all is peaceful. Very relaxing. Will return next year for sure.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - all areas of the hotel are absolutely spotless and without exception all members of staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent choice of buffet food both for breakfast and evening meal. Skybar is amazing and we felt drinks very reasonably priced. Local bus stop just around the corner for day trips to Palma, Porto Christo and Caves of Drach. Thank you and we hope to return 😎

    The Hotel is in an excellent position, handy for the beach and ease to walk towards the neighbouring resorts. It is always spotless & nothing too much trouble for the Staff to attend to for you. The food and choice was excellent, something for every taste at every meal, the Staff were lovely & new ones eager to learn and provide a 1st class service. Our room provided all we needed & kept immaculate. the Hotel was quiet & peaceful but provided entertainment several evenings. Our Saga Hostess Anne helped make our stay memorable, a delight to be with but also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The stay felt value for money. We didn't use the pool but obviously it would be an asset for those who love to sunbathe and swim.

    First holiday abroad for many years, so unsure what to expect. Was not disappointed, the facilities, the food and the friendly staff were all really good. We had a lovely time and will return I'm sure.
