  Amazing Family Holiday

  We got back early hrs this morning and wow what a fab week! Firstly, Ruben from Experiences was brilliant, from archery to The Lion King performance. Employee of the month surely!Pools were clean, as were the sunbed areas and hotel in general. Cleaners came each day to make beds/fill up, but we turned them away a couple of times as no need or we were getting ready to go out. Food was delicious, which pleasantly surprised us. We ate nowhere else as we didn't feel the need. Variety, theme food nights, and even hash browns with breakfast, including back bacon a couple of mornings for English guests that like a true English brekkie. The food truck was lovely too, which we tried even though we were only half board.Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The amount of languages some could speak I was in awe of as I have always struggled. I loved the multi-culture of Peguera with Brits, Germans, French and not everyone spoke perfect English so it felt more authentic and not brits by the foreign Sea. The room was quirky. We had 2 adults, a 14 year old and 11 year old. It was a non-balcony room that had enough space, kettle in room, bottled water in the room when we arrived in room, hairdryer and plenty of hanging space. The toilet was by the room door, shower next to it and a curtain to pull across, hence the quirky. Absolutely fine as a family, but friends sharing might find it a bit intimidating if you need to use the toilet.The area felt safe and welcoming. I am quite cautious, but felt happy enough for my 14 year old daughter to stay in her room or wander the hotel alone.Beaches close by were beautiful! My only negative was one of the evening bar staff were not so friendly and everytime I asked for certain drinks (I.e. Rose Cava or bottled water) they had 'stopped' serving them, which was weird. Also the evening entertainment moved to by the pool from inside during our stay and it was a bit chaotic getting somewhere to sit-basically like finding sunbeds lol. I think that could be set out better. Really minor negatives though as it really is somewhere I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back to.Of note too, we thought it was good how they did the adults only from families split. Bear in mind we have been during UK half-term and a few days in it got incredibly busy. Thank you Valentin Grand Park

  Great family hotel.

  We went on the 16th of March 2026 for 10 nights. This was our first time in Paguero. The hotel was immaculate quality of food was fantastic and the choice of food was good. The stand out for this Hotel is their Staff. The animation team are amazing. The best entertainment team I have ever came across. Mathue, Helena, Andre and Ruben were stand out. Very welcoming, full of fun and great at their jobs. Other staff that were lovely included Ismal, Raul, and Yolanda.We had Silver rooms. The silver rooms are beautiful and immaculate. They aren't the biggest and do not have a lot of storage. For a solo traveler it was fine or one adult and one child but my daughters group was 2 adults and 2 children it was far too small. They had to live out of there suitcases. When we arrived they hotel was quite quiet and somewhat peaceful. When we left it was crazy busy and expected to get busier. Trying to get a lounger near the kids pools was difficult. We chose to stay at the quieter pool as it was more relaxed and sun loungers were easier to get. The life gaurd at this pool is a bit grumpy and quite dismissive at points. His rules were very inconsistent. We had a 3 year old with us who had been playing with a tiny ball in the pool for nine days. Passing the ball back and forward to another toddler. On our last day he came and told both parents that the toddlers could not play with the ball in the pool. Both toddlers crying and upset at this point.There are signs up to say no lilos and balls but we honestly thought this was aimed at footballs, beach balls or volleyballs not a tiny soft ball for babies. If he had said on day one not to have it, then fine. The fact that he left it until the last day of our holiday to tell them was pretty poor. I did actually speak to the management about the life gaurd and asked them to make sure they were being consistent with there rules. She was going to get back to me but never did. We would have went back to this hotel in a heartbeat as most of the staff are amazing. So welcoming and helpful. Right now all we remember is our last day which wasn't enjoyable. Due to lack of communication from the management and the inconsistent behaviour from the lifeguard I probably won't return. This is a real shame as it really is a fantastic family hotel with lots of fun for children and adults.   Me and my partner came here for my birthday and I must say it’s been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are immaculate and tidied to perfection on request! There is so much to do here with so many activities and places to relax. Places for adults only for a more relaxed and quiet vibe :) The staff here are the heart and soul of the hotel with a warm and welcoming presence and always there to help with any questions :) especially Isma he made every dining experience so enjoyable and put a smile on my face everyday :) Entertainment team provided us with amazing experiences every night they left us in awe of their amazing talents :DGood location with shops nearby and public transport very easy to access into Palma city 🫶🏻 thankyou for an amazing holiday!   Nice Location, great range of cool drinks, blast of entertainment every evening after diner, 6 pools to choose from (including indoor pool).   Location is great, not too far from the Palma Airport and situated just 5 mins walking distance from the Paguera beach. Atmosphere was very pleasant and aromatic with the staff (massive shout to Isma) helpful in every steps of check in / check out process. Rooms were cleaned and daily room service was excellent. Food was delicious and drinks served by the pool area with the great care by the bar tenders. Calm surrounding and No noise at all maintained during our stay.
