  This hotel is great! Great pools, great staff, great animation for children and it's close to the shops and a lovely beach

  Very poorly staff no help if ask attitude high and all inclusive is not right tv remote you need to pay WiFi you need to pay for each device the rooms a old and need repairing a lot all of all very poorly

  The staff are so rude and do not want to talk to you any more than the bare minimum needed and most of them do not speak English.   4th time here at this wonderful amazing hotel, never any complaints, it gives you the best experience you could possibly want, the views, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the staff from reception, to bar to restaurant and entertainment crew are so friendly and welcoming

  The hotel is lovely. The pool area is great, only thing is if you get up to late you struggle to get a bed. The food is basic but there is still plenty of choice.
