  We enjoyed one night at the Quality Inn in Wyattville, WV. The room was spacious and clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The staff was accommodating, especially Sarif who made sure everyone had what they needed at breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised at the price as well. I guess they didn’t call their hotel Quality for nothing! We will be back.

  Excellent front desk help, Kimberly was awesome, was exhausted after a red eye flight and she got me into the room I needed. ! Nice room, comfortable bed. The best shower water pressure I have ever had in a hotel. Would stay again when I am in the area. A+

  Front desk was polite and helpful. Check in was easy, parking. What is enough? There was a place for my pet to go do its thing.The rooms are clean and comfortable. The downside is the staff had the weekend off before Christmas. There was no notice of that, when we booked the room. There was no breakfast, no coffee, no water. Bottled water of any sort was left for us or any of the guests. The pool was closed for remodeling with the equipment with stored in there. That gym was closed and the restaurant was closed and that was the main thing I booked this hotel was because the restaurant had a bar and I was looking forward to that. After a long trip. We weren't compensated for the repaid full but did not get breakfast, coffee or anything. Highly disappointed they weren't prepared for this. We won't be coming back.

  I was fat shamed for eating 2 plates of food. Morning staff fat shamed, humilated me in front of registered hotel customers, my family and quality inn staff. I have photos of the 2 plates of food my husband ate. When we checked in the evening staff said Come Hungry for breakfast!

  Rooms were filthy and smelled musty. Linens dirty. Beds squeak when moving. Splatters of who knows what all overthe walls. There’s a homeless encampment in the parking lot which leaves many cars vandalized. We had rocks or a similar object thrown at us when coming back to the hotel for the night. It broke another car window. Did not feel safe at all. If you can’t park directly in front of the entrance door (only about 10 spots)you better hope your car is in one piece the next morning.
