Location

The resort centre of Playa de Palma and the range of entertainment and shopping venues on offer is just a 10-minute walk away. Public transport departs from stops located just 300 m away, whilst the beach is only about 400 m from the hotel.

Facility

225 rooms, including 14 single rooms and 105 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by a lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Day time bliss but night time disturbances.

    While staff are really friendly and professional the hotel appears to attract uncivilised guests - all night noises, fighting, prank calling to your room at 2:45am. In the day it’s perfect but after 9pm… brace yourself (and kids) for no sleep.I’m checking out today, highly unlikely I’ll ever come back.

    What a great little hotel!.. fabulous pool area and lots of space.Snacks and drinks all reasonably priced and great quality.Hearman and Daniel look after everyone brilliantly!Breakfast great and rooms great.. I’d definitely go back. Book it!!

    Vista Odin is located in a hybrid location, second homes at the beach and some hotels. It's a boring neighbourhood and its difficult to find cafés or places that are not mass German tourism spots close to the beach. My room over looked houses and a football field. The beach isn't one of the most reccomendable ones as we are spoilt for choice on the island. The reception staff, specially the person on duty was anti-social, very unfriendly and un helpful as well as rude. All in all.... As much as the hotel facilities are cute and the rooms are nice, its full of restrictions (on a list stuck next to the lift). Finally, they do not accept payments by card if under 10€ and you can't credit it to your room, so whatever you need (including paying hotel tax) has to be paid upfront.

    Middle-class hotel with quite some potential which sadly isn't used. Style-wise, the photos on the booking website promise more than reality can keep. The pool area is nice. The rooms are pretty small and have no mini-bar, but the bed is comfy. Friendly staff.But please: I know it's Covid time and end of season, but putting ONE single person on duty for handling both the whole reception and the pool bar, which is located 100m from each other, seems like bad allocation of staff ressources and made me feel unattended, e.g. when I waited for a beer while the poor lady was checking in 6 new customers.
