Location
This holiday complex overlooks the Bay of Cala Mesquida (about 600 m away) and is situated directly beside the paradisiacal nature protection area, Parque de Llevant. The closest resort, Capdepera, is about 5 km away and the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada and its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs in 7 km from the complex. Regular bus services run to the aforementioned and various other destinations (bus stop located directly in front of the hotel).

The apartment hotel was modernised in 2019. 285 apartments and 19 studios are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 10 auxiliary buildings.
