Located directly next to the fine-sand beach of Alcudia (with parasols and sun loungers) this hotel offers convenient access to the numerous shopping venues, bars and restaurants in the area, which are only metres away. In only a couple of minutes guests reach the lively town centre of Puerto de Alcudia. Public transport links are located directly in front of the hotel's entrance. The nearest club is 500 metres away and a golf course is only 1 km away offering further entertainment. The airport is roughly 65 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. 117 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by a lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park (subject to availability). Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can leisurely swim a few lengths of the heated freshwater pool. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge). A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of sports are offered at the hotel, including bocce and beach volleyball or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and golf. With water aerobics or, for a fee, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, diving and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and pilates. A wellness area with a sauna is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Third-party operators offer massage treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch, guests can order à la carte. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and international brands.

Superb hotel for grown ups!

The hotel is sparklingly clean and modern, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we relaxed and enjoyed our holiday. What a treat to have a violinist playing modern tunes at breakfast one morning. The garden area is immaculate, beyond that there were wonderful sea views. Two steps from the grounds and we were on the soft, white, sandy beach. I can understand why people return! From the moment we arrived and had the warmest of welcomes and complimentary drink at check-in we knew we had made the right choice to stay at this hotel.Such a beautiful place to stay and we were even more impressed with our room choice when we walked in, we had booked one of the Royal Terrace rooms overlooking the beach and it was amazing!The whirlpool and various day beds out on the terrace were just what we needed to fully relax and unwind during the day and the bed was super comfortable too so a good nights sleep was guaranteed.A special mention must go to all of the staff that we encountered during our stay, exceptional customer service at all times, thank you Viva Golf Hotel team, we will certainly consider a return visit in the future. This hotel is exceptional. The location is perfection. The room is comfortable and meets all your needs. The bathroom was excellent. The views from the room spectacular.We went for my mother‘s 80th birthday. This is our second visit. The staff made the Holiday. They went out of their way to accommodate us a family including making arrangements for my mother‘s birthday ensuring we were all looked after and cared for. Ordering flowers and making a cake every detail covered . The restaurant is superb offering a fantastic arrangement of food full of variety and staff waiting to make your experience so unique. I have never been to a hotel that has made me feel and my family so welcome. The waiters, pool staff, guest experience front desk staff. Manager of the restaurant was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. I have been and stayed in many hotels but this one deserves an applause for all their hard work and attention to detail.
