Location

The hotel is situated just 200 m from the long sandy beach Playa del Arenal, in the municipality of Llucmajor on the island of Majorca. The hotel is set on the Bahía de Palma, in a resort featuring modern tourist infrastructure and leisure facilities, where the visitor may enjoy the fine sand of the idyllic beaches surrounded by palm trees. The climate, with its mild temperatures all the year round, makes it is possible to enjoy a wide variety of sports, both in and out of the water (water sports, cycling, golf, etc). Facility

112 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     This hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are cleaned daily (except Sunday)with clean towels. The rooms are are provided. No pool towels are available to rent, so bring your own or they can be purchased from one of the many shops for around 3€. The hotel only offers b & b, however breakfast actually so runs from 8am til 1.30pm. Great selection at breakfast which changed later in the morning when burgers and roast potatos were available!Reception staff extremely helpful and helped us out with bus timetables and direction to a lovely small cove 5 mins from hotel. There is no fridge in the room which would have been a great addition when it’s over 30 degrees.The bar at the pool was expensive in comparison to local bars but some people were nipping to the shop across the road and buying beer from their fridge and no one seemed to bother. The hotel is in the middle of lots of shops and local apartments and doesn’t have an attractive entrance and it’s the only place in the hotel smoking is permitted. So not the best impression when we arrived If you are a sun worshiper, head to the beach as the pool gets very little sun as rooms are built in a square around the pool.I was a bit concerned when we booked last minute and read reviews, but once we were there we were happy the reviews didn’t put us of.Thank you to all the staff who work hard to keep everyone happy!

    Terrible experience for a relaxing holiday.First night some guests decided to have a private disco in their room at 5am.Third night a group situated in several rooms were screaming and smashing doors in for a fight .Glad to get out of that hotel,shocking avoid unless your an hooligan .

    My wife and I stayed at this hotel in September 2022 having stayed there before in 2018. Whilst most of the staff had changed there were still a few familiar faces; David, Judith and Pedro. The hotel facilities had improved since our last visit such as having free water and ice available on every floor. The hotel amenities were also excellent as was the quality of the food. The most important part of the holiday for me was the staff, from top to bottom. They could not have been nicer or any more helpful than they were to me and my wife. Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a year ago and this was our first proper holiday on our own since the diagnosis. I was very apprehensive as to how it would go, but there was no need. Aware of my wife's condition, everyone from cleaner to manager made a real effort to engage with her. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough. It was one of the most relaxing and welcoming holidays I have had for a very long time and I sincerely hope we can do it again very soon. Thank you.

    After a long day traveling i eventually got to the hotel where i waited another 45 minutes to be checked in. one guy doing the job while the other 2 watched. i stopped in a room on the 8th floor bang next to the lifts. if the lifts dont keep you up all night the people returning to there rooms will. The room was basic the shower was shocking it was scolding or flat cold. the toilet also had issues as it kept filling when not in use. The pillows was good but no spare if you like to have 2. The mattress you might as well sleep on a Lilo. the food could be better there wasn't anything that i actually wanted to try very basic and nothing you want. thats if you can get to the food its that crowded. I'm not fussy when it comes to food too. Drinks isn't worth bothering your food will be flat cold by the time you get it. overall for the 4 days i stayed definitely not value for money the hotel is run down and over crowded feel as though it was a waste of a trip i wouldn't say iv had a holiday if I'm honest

    Just stayed here last week. Advertises all inclusive, however due to spanish government you are only allowed 6 alcoholic drinks per day which is ok, sadly these are not from the bar around the pool, the drinks are beer or wine or sangria served at lunch and dinner in the dining room. Only soft drinks and coffee are available from the bar around the pool. If only 6 drinks allowed they should be available anywhere, who wants to drink at lunch then go out into the sun?? The 6 drinks should be available anywhere and if used in the bar mixed drinks should be available. Bar drinks were expensive.
