  Couples week away in Lovely Puerto Alcudia

  A lovely stay in the heart of Alcúdia Modern Clean & contemporary vibes as you enter the hotel with a fabulous aroma to compliment the look. Central location lots of buzz , restaurants & shops to explore. Spacious room opposite the pool & cleaned by friendly staff. However they come early to your room & your only getting up or getting dressed for breakfast. I am mindful that there is a schedule assigned to the housekeeping team & if you say come back later we did not get it done. But you are on holidays & want to not feel you have to get up early as they knock on your door at 8.30. I said it to the guy at the desk that was sharp enough and said we at 95% occupancy & take towels off their trollies. Not nice to be spoken to like that because if you are 100% full occupancy we still as paying guests deserve our rooms to get cleaned. My husband noticed that the staff were sharp at the front bar too well 2 of the lads & didn’t like to be interrupted for a glass of ice. We got 2 coffees and the other staff comes around from the corner & pushes up a card machine before we even get the coffee to my husbands face money now look. Draught local beer was so expensive 5.75 each and across the road was 3.50. We didn’t drink here any night just ate 2 nights that was nice with live music. Breakfast was varied & nice omelettes with a lovely friendly lady making sure she got everyone’s choice right. The pool area was modern & other relaxing sitting areas allocated around the area. You had to pay to sit in a double sunbed €14 . There is lots more room to put more sun beds in the pool area . Space could definitely be maximised to accommodate the high number of guests that can’t get beds. On the whole it is a stylish hotel with many positives & as mentioned previously exceptionally clean with many hard working staff. Continued success.   Definatly worth a trip

  We have just been for a week with friends and kids, can’t fault the hotel clean, good food variety and plenty of places around it to go. Nice beach also worth a visit to the port and old town.   Lovely family holiday, beautiful hotel

  We all had a wonderful week here. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and decorated with an Ibiza vibe! Lovely trees/plants which makes it feel exotic.Great location, great rooms, great pooland a great kids club right next to the pool so parents can relax.The food is varied and lots of healthy opttions! Really enjoyed our week here, highly recommend.   If having a clean hotel is very important to you, it’s probably best to skip this one.

  Avoid this hotel at all costs.The photos make the hotel look beautiful and give the impression that you won't be missing anything, but once you take a good look around, you quickly notice plenty of defects and signs of poor maintenance.The rooms were absolutely filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. We checked several other rooms with the receptionist, hoping it was just our room, but every single one was in a disgusting condition. Even the staff member who accompanied us agreed that it was not acceptable.They offered to clean our room again, but after the second cleaning there were still black hairs stuck all over the floor. That says everything about the hotel's cleaning standards.To make matters even worse, the elevator broke down while we were inside it. When we reported it to the staff, their response was simply, "Oh, this is not the first time." That was shocking to hear.At that point, we had completely lost confidence in the hotel. We requested a refund and immediately moved to another hotel.Without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.
