  I booked this property through a third party. Both the hotel and third-party acknowledged the listing was incorrect at the time of booking. I booked a 3-bed apartment and the associated photos showed a large apartment with large bedrooms. Instead, my booking confirmation showed I was assigned a room with a sofa bed. Thankfully I noticed the mistake before we arrived, when the third-party asked the property to return the money they refused. In the end I had to seek reimbursement through my credit card company otherwise I would have been out of pocket by almost £1000.

  Generally the property looks new and refurbished. The apartment was clean. But the organization and communication was horrible, to be honest.First, according to the advertisement it's not clear what kind of apartment you're going to get for the selected price, as either YH or booking ads are not transparent. E.g. we had in description Exterior Terrace, but instead we've been living in studio with one opaque shop window in the ground floor with no terrace (which, btw, wasn't even in any of the photo in he ad). The most awkward was a door connecting apparently another apartment, which (door) wasn't locked. (So, cons in organisation/building disposition).Second, the amount of emails and copy-pasted/duplicated messages you're getting via booking messenger/email just makes impossible to find the information you need, as it's so much chaotic and "spam"my. Despite this amount of duplicated irrelevant info the real issues were just ignored. E.g. there was a loose water tap and leaking hosepipe, so that the whole floor in the bathroom was flooded. We needed to use a pot as a ad-hoc solution. I let YH know about it via email and they just didn't react on that at all. Not so pleasant experience.
