    Great hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. I would never normally go all inclusive but I am glad I did. Food, wine and cocktails were all of good quality and variety. Loved my room with a sunny balcony.

    Was a lovely hotel but as a picky eater wouldn’t recommend in that aspect The staff were lovely and so helpful being my first holiday as lead passenger Aqua aerobics was the highlight with the instructor Rajmund he was amazing and so friendly

    Just returned from 10 days at the Zafiro Alzinar Mar. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the beach.The rooms are lovely and well maintained.The buffet restaurant always had a good selection although maybe the hot food could just be a bit warmer.The food in the snack bar at lunchtime was excellent and always freshly prepared.All the staff work very hard and always very cheery and helpful.The entertainment was really good and organised by Rajmund he always found time to stop and have a chat and enjoyed his little ‘brain teasers’ at the pool in the afternoon.Overall would definitely recommend the hotel Hotel Manager, Owner at Zafiro Alzinar Mar, responded to this review Dear Ann,We really appreciate your feedback.It’s wonderful to hear you had such a memorable stay with us.We’re delighted you found your room comfortable and enjoyed the lively atmosphere around the pool.     Just got back after staying at this hotel for 7 days. The staff are lovely and helpful and can't do enough for you. Upon checking into the hotel we explained to the receptionist that my husband has food allergies. They issued him with a card he could show the staff at meal time that translating his allergies to avoid any problems. Shout out to Fernando that always remembered my husbands allergies and go to order. Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms are decorated nicely. We stayed in block 3 and had a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. The pool bar was closed for the duration of our stay. I think this must of been because we arrived at the start of the season. We enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel, due to it's location away from the beachfront it was relatively quiet. Only criticism is the decking around the pool is very worn. There are lots of loose boards around the pool so flip flops/sandals are a must. Overall good value for money.
