Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel lies in the heart of Palma Nova, approximately 300 m from the beach.

Facility

The hotel has 6 lifts and features 240 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a lounge are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. A king-size bed ensures a good night's sleep. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. Amenities include a tea/coffee station, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a safe and WiFi (no extra charge). A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms. The hotel has 240 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

On hot days, guests can cool off in 7 outdoor pools. If the weather isn't cooperating, they can head to one of the 2 indoor pools. There is also a children's swimming area with 9 kids' pools. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. With water aerobics or, for a fee, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, sailing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and squash. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a hammam and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 5 non-smoking restaurants. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The hotel promotes itself as a 5 star luxury hotel,come here and relax in are sophistication and splendour Sophistication and etiquette is not clearly here what you will get is a load of screaming shouting mutts running around having a riot and as for breakfast time total carnage free for all food fightLike a 3 star Butlins camp,the facilities at the hotel are good but the clientele disgraceful Oh well some you win some you lose.     Amazing hotel amazing staff the room was perfect we stopped in the club penthouse suite the service was amazing the rooms was amazing and clean they certainly went above and beyond the lady that showed us to our room was so lovely and helpful they even surprised my husband with a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine as it was his birthday out there we thought it was a beautiful touch never had that before.     We travelled as a couple and had a wonderful time. The hotel is spotless, the food is fabulous and the staff can’t do enough for you. The hotel is situated in a great location so walking distance to the beach and Palma Nova/Magaluf! The rooms are really big with a great balcony and all the facilities you need. My only moan about this hotel is that the entertainment is really just for kids.. nothing really for adults on their own! So if you have children it’s a perfect place to be!
