This historic hotel is located in a historic area in Llucmajor.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2021. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 101 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities at the resort include a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests can learn more about excursions at the tour desk. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a car hire service, 24-hour room service and a laundry service. 14 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. A safe and, for a fee, a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. Sun loungers are ready and waiting on the terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and hydrotherapy treatments. Meals

The dining area includes an à-la-carte restaurant and a bar. In addition to breakfast, the resort also offers lunch and dinner à la carte. Vegetarian dishes, organic food and vegan food can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Very bad state of property

    This property needs updating. I experienced mold and rust in my room, including a door that does not lock and swung open in teh middle of the night. The property is heavenly when it comes to its outside spaces, like jasmine-covered walls, but it is severely understaffed. Pools are not heated, so an indoor pool in the spa is as ice-cold as the exterior pool. Because teh property is understaffed, you feel teh tension of unhappy workers and, unfortunately, rooms that need to be cleaned better. Used cappucino cups stacked up as I added one a day from my walk from breakfast, where I marveled that the housekeeper would leave the following day's cup in the room, plus the current day's cup, despite the number of dirty cups stacking up over a week. It became so bad that I spent all my time outside the property, which is a shame.     Don’t buy Endless Privileges and plan to travel off site for food and entertainment.

    A lovely site with such potential but such a disappointment. We bought the Endless Privileges package - don’t bother. Most of the promised included services didn’t materialise even after we chased. The services that were offered to us were very limited and service was slow at best (it took over an hour for us to order our meal one night) and rude at other times (a tut and raised eye brows when we asked to order from the breakfast menu). We handed a considered account of our experience to Neus, front desk manager, when we checked out. We wanted to bring our experience to the attention of hotel management so that things might improve. Neus said that she would pass our note to the Guest Experience manager. One week later we have still not even received an acknowledgment of our poor experience. Activities are very limited. Menu extremely limited - only one restaurant open for our visit. House wine is all that is included in Endless Privileges- it is the cheapest wine on the list, very poor. We ended up paying to travel to Palma for dinner. What a shame.     A beautiful hotel, immaculate setting with very special rooms and good food, we enjoyed our stay here.We stayed half board because the breakfasts and dinner were enough for us, and we are not big drinkers.We were welcomed is a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and tapas to the room which was a lovely gesture from management.     Another Wonderful Stay at Zoëtry Mallorca

    This was our fifth stay at the wonderful Zoëtry in early May and had a fantastic five night stay. The hotel is beautiful, with tasteful rooms and lovely grounds that were in just coming into full bloom at that time of year. We stayed in an Elegant Room, which was very (incredibly!) spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of room to relax.The food was excellent throughout our stay, from the prawns, paella, chicken and octopus at Es Clot for lunch to the tenderloin, turbot and cod at Es Mercat for dinner. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a comprehensive buffet and delicious freshly cooked eggs.What really sets this hotel apart is its warm and welcoming staff, who go the extra mile to make every stay feel special, we travelled with elderly parents, one in a wheelchair, the whole team were very patient and kind with them.  Special thanks to Shaq, Innes, Lisa, Sally, Dani, Julien, Juan and Raoul, as well as the rest of the wonderful Zoëtry team. We plan to return next year.     A Refreshing Getaway in Mallorca

    If you’re looking for a resort that focuses on wellness, location away from everything, has good food, and relaxing vibe, this is it. The cross-country track is also a refreshing benefit, allowing for good easy run session while watching the farmers do their work. The only downside is if you’re trying to get into the city, you have no choice but to take private transfer, which can easily cost €50 one way.
