Luxury stay in Malaga Centro

Check in was as smooth and efficuent as expected...room was also a good size with a balcony overlooking the port. Rooms were well maintained, with fresh drinking water provided every day, although teabags were not replenished. Breakfast is excellent, with a great choice and quality - one of the main reasons we stayed here. Also right near the heart of the action in Malaga centre. Useful tip, if you are staying here and want to visit the rooftop bar, let the the staff know you are a guest so you don't have to join the public queue.

Brilliant location, walk everywhere, Nice roof top pool.

The hotel was really quite nice for us for a few days, sunbathing by the pool in the day and going back to the roof top bar to watch the sunset, then easily walking into town, where there are avenues of restaurants & pubs/bars/shops. The stand out for us was - 1.roof top pool (although small) still nice to chill with with drink & dip (£16€ large beer & gin &tonic) sunset worth a watch, 2. Picasso museum. 3.Iberian thermal spa. 4. Good AC in the room. 5, good breakfast till 11am. Hotel has comfy beds & modern room with great air conditioning. Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Lovely back drop of the huge cathedral behind the hotel & the harbour is just in front. Friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

Had a lovely experience at the rooftop bar on Monday night, the staff could not have been more friendly, only to return on Wednesday night be told to come back at 7:30 (at 6pm) and returned at that time greeted by Mario the security guard who mouthed off at us and told us to remove ourself from the step where we had been standing for 2 minutes to sort alternative plans. I would have recommended based on Mondays experience but Mario has ruined it with his horrible treatment of young women. Great hotel in the middle of everyone. Beach is nearby, the main shopping street is 2 min away by walking, the staff are excellent and so helpful. Breakfast was also great with lot of variety. I would return for sure.

Good: Location, staff, room size, bathroom size, near by resturantsBad: Car parking is across the hotel but you have to take a big 5 minutes loop at get to it.Details:We had an exceptional stay at the AC Hotel Málaga and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with thoughtful personal touches that made our visit unforgettable. Waiting in our room was a luxurious bathrobe beautifully embroidered with my initials, along with a delicious oversized cookie that was such a pleasant surprise after our journey.The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Málaga's attractions on foot. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay.What really stood out was the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. It's those small, personalized gestures that turn a great hotel into a memorable experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose AC Hotel Málaga again on our next visit to Spain.
