  Fantastic Base for Exploring Malaga – Would Definitely Stay Again!

  We stayed here as a family for five days and had a great experience. The apartment is located in the Soho area of Málaga, around 20–25 minutes from the airport by car, and about a 10–15 minute walk into the city centre and the famous Calle Larios.The apartment itself was open, spacious and very clean. As it’s self-catering, a cleaner doesn’t come in daily, but all the equipment needed to tidy up (mops, brooms, etc.) was provided, which we appreciated. I’d recommend picking up some washing detergent if you plan to do laundry or refresh towels during your stay. The information sheet explains that bed sheets aren’t changed unless staying more than six nights, which was absolutely fine for us.Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was very smooth. We left our luggage in the storage unit before the room was ready, and collection was straightforward later on. The building felt very secure, with a key required for entry after reception hours. Note that reception closes for a couple of hours each day, but this is clearly stated in the welcome information.The surrounding area has a lively, local feel, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby. There’s even a small shop and a café/restaurant right outside, and a Carrefour Express about ten minutes’ walk away for any essentials. We also enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment.One morning we were woken by some banging noise, but reception confirmed it was from the neighbouring building and it didn’t happen again. The bed was comfortable enough, though the single pillow was quite flat — I’d recommend adding at least one extra pillow per person for future guests.The TV allowed us to log in to our own Netflix and Prime accounts, which was a nice touch, especially when it rained one day. There’s also an out-of-hours emergency number, though the reception team were always available and helpful when needed.Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return. It’s a great choice for small families or couples visiting Málaga.

  The best place I have ever stayed in on any holiday. If there were 6 stars I would give it. Staff very friendly and spotless apartments. Very central to the all major shops, cafes and restaurants. I stayed there from 1/9/25-6/9/25.Patricia

  Loved it , spacious ,comfortable, great view , wonderful service , excellent location .Exceptional , professional service and friendliness from Javier Inma , and the staff . We were very pleased . Many of our friends will be booking in the future . I am just concerned that next time we book I may not get it before one of our friends do .Thank you all for the exceptionally service !

  Odd customer service & cockroaches

  was frustrating. The room is nice and spacious, amazing location, but they don’t clean the rooms often enough. I suspect that’s why we saw a cockroach. First they said it may have come through the window and I should have called their ‘emergency’ number (even though we took care of it for them), but when we saw a second cockroach they said they will clean the apt now anyway as we were checking out. They seemed surprisingly indifferent about it and never once apologised for the inconvenience. Their customer service seems a bit peculiar, which is why I am even reporting this - had they had a better attitude I would’ve been more understanding of mistakes. After checkout, I needed to use the bathroom but since they had commenced with cleaning the receptionist refused and did not even offer any alternative knowing I was heavily pregnant. I had to ask her if she knew of any bathrooms nearby to use then and there was one right opposite which she could’ve said in the first place. We are sorry about this situation. Your reservation was for 4 nights, on a weekend (27/02 to 03/03) including 28/02 bank holiday. Although reception was open on Saturday 01/03, you decided to wait until late afternoon to write a mail telling that you found an insect the day before. You had 24h emergency phone, for those things, but you did not call so you are the one that though that was not important. As reception was closed, we did not monitored the mail until Monday and we directly answered you. As soon as you received the mail, that was also your check-out day, you told us you have found another insect and we sent inmediately our cleaning lady. You were leaving anyway so she did the cleaning for next client and found nothing.We are quite sure the insect entered by the window as it was open and your apartment was on groung floor. Just understand we are near the port and unfortunately there are plenty of insects at the streets. That is why we do special treatments inside apartments and we have never had any problem inside them.Please, just remember next time to inform about your changing of plans before coming. You asked for a baby cot to be installed in your apartment before arriving and, when you came, you told you did not need it although it was installed, as per your request. We had to remove it and that also created extra work for us.As we explained to you, you rented an apartment. We are not a hotel and that is why we do not have public bathrooms for you to use and not public areas. As we also explained, we can not give you access to an apartment on cleaing, for security reasons.   What can I say on this gem of apartment hotel.Beautiful, confortable, bright, super clean, fantastic location. All the amenities , fridge, microwave, washing machine, lots of storage. A/C, very efficient. Within walking distance of the Marina, 5 minutes from the center of town, and the famous Atarazana Central market. Also the bus link to the outskirts is nearby. Surrounded by many restaurant and bars. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Gives good recommendations for restaurants, ask Javier. Inma is also your friendly, professional and. Helpful in every way. Very safe as you need a fob to enter the building. Look no further, this is the ideal place for long or short stay.
