The fragrance in the air was so calming and pleasant, it genuinely made me pause and think, “Okay… this is going to be a good stay.” And I was right.The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Not just polite, but genuinely attentive and thoughtful. The kind of service that makes you feel valued, not just like another guest passing through.When I entered my room, everything was exactly how you hope it would be neat, perfectly arranged, and spotlessly clean.   I had a truly delightful experience during my stay at Best Western Premier The Hive. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized, especially the check-in process which was handled efficiently by the friendly front desk team.The hotel offers many attractive facilities, including swimming pools for both adults and children, which are perfect for relaxation. I also had the opportunity to visit the spa, and it was an excellent experience—the therapists were very professional and made me feel completely relaxed.My room was very comfortable, with clean and fresh-smelling linen that made it easy to rest well. I also really appreciated the pleasant and calming fragrance in the lobby, which created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere every time I walked in.The location is another big advantage, as the hotel is conveniently close to Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport and has easy access to the Whoosh train, making it very practical for travel.Overall, the team truly went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone was warm, attentive, and consistently delivered excellent service throughout my visit.
