In addition, the complex is just a short drive from Universal Studios, Wet n' Wild, the Orlando Convention Center, and the world-famous International Drive.

In addition to 100 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lift,made up of an 11-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 500 rooms, including 40 suites and 360 apartments. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.
