This simple hotel is located on the outskirts of Málaga. The old town that offers scores of shopping and entertainment venues is just 4 km away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (100 m away).

It’s outside the city center but near to supermarkets, bakery and bars. You can park for free on the street. The owners don’t live there but are there some hours of the day so make sure they know when you arrive. The apartment was clean and nice. Good beds and warm shower.

Very good paella!!!

We are try a lot of restaurants in Fuengirola to have a very good paella!!!! We eat at lunch some starter and we try paella it was delicious.... Very very good... staff very friendly and we are come back every time when we come in Fuengirola!!!!!

Bed bugs!!!!!

The location was great but unfortunately that is all I can say. the staff were very rude from the moment we attempted to check in, and especially when after the first night we found Bed Bugs. There was a lot so clearly they must have been There for a long time, and when we told the receptionist all we got was a very unsympathetic sorry.

Clean and tidy studio in El Palo

Located not in the main road so it is quiet. Kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities. Room and shower room/toiket are clean. The owner and the other staff are friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. There is a roof terrace if you want to sunbathe and don't fancy going to the beach.We could have given this apartment an excellent review but there were some problems. The bed was so uncomfortable that on the second night we slept on the sofa. We have stayed in numerous apartments, hotels and hostals in Andalucia and majority of them have very good beds, ie, memory foam mattresses if not hard base. Unfortunately, El Cenachero is using spring mattresses. There is nothing wrong with a spring mattress but it can be compensated by using a hard base instead. Very good bed is important for us especially when we are travelling as the last thing you want to have is a good night sleep. There was problem with the wifi too. It was so intermittent that we have to stand near the door to get at least a signal which was weak. The staff confirmed that they did have a problem with it but one of the reasons why we decided to stay here was because of the wifi.

My husband and I stayed in a studio for two weeks. The room was great well thought out and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and if we are back in el palo will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a lovely visit.
