Good choice for overnight stop

We just stayed here one night as we were returning home from the airport the next day. Perfect location, beautiful room spotlessly clean and the service from staff was 5 star. An addition in the room as an improvement and it would be an easy fix. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. I realise this isn’t standard abroad but it makes a big difference to us, although perhaps it isn’t a big deal to everyone. Breakfast could do with a bit of an upgrade very little fruit options also the coffee from the machine was not great. I don’t eat the hot breakfast so I cannot comment on that, the pastries were nice. Thank you for a very pleasant convenient stay.

Well positioned, good value hotel .

Myself and my friend are two ladies , nearly eighty years of age but still able to travel reasonably well. We arrived at the hotel in the evening . Yes there are quite steep steps to the entrance lobby but a very friendly and helpful gentleman carried our cases up the stairs and subsequently to our room. I am afraid our experience of the reception staff did not fit with other reviews . Yes they were mature gentlemen but we have found better attention in other hotels from younger staff. To be honest we felt to ask a question was just being a nuisance. On the plus side , the hotel is ideally situated and a short walk from shops, the cathedral and harbour. Our room 216 was a good size , quiet and clean. The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate . We only sampled the hotel restaurant on arrival late evening so I am not able to comment on their meals as such.Would I recommend , Yes, if you are happy to find most information yourself rather than rely on Reception.

My sister and I and a friend were due to stay here on Thursday 10th. Due to an emergency visit to the hospital we were unable to stay. I would like to thank the hotel for doing everything they could so we didn't have to pay a full rate. They were very understanding of our serious situation and did their best to sell our rooms. Thankfully all is well with us now and look forward to rearranging our trip in the New Year

This hotel is centrally located and perfect to walk anywhere in Malaga. The staff are amazing, friendly, welcoming, informative and attentive, first class service. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean. Would recommend and definitely go again!

More then a three star hotel!The hotel is located at the perfect spot at a small side street of Calle Larios and near Muello Uno. Many restaurants, bars and shops in the near area available.The reception is located at the first floor. Unfortunately only stairs to reach the reception. But the staff is very helpful, even with heavy suitcases . From thsi floor elevators are available to get access to the rooms.The spacious room is nicely decorated, and has all the necessary amenities including the bathroom.Breakfast is good and has enough variety for a three star hotel.Great hotel, great value for your money. Personally I would rate it a three star +
