Rooms

    Third time we have been to this hotel and it did not disappoint again. Staff are so very helpful and pleasant . The standards of housekeeping are excellent - rooms are cleaned twice per day ( unless you don’t want that) . Pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds and towels available. Great choice at breakfast and rooms very comfortable. Highly recommend .     One of the best ever

    We stayed in a regular premium room for three nights.The ambiance of the hotel is extraordinary only surpassed by the service provided. Everything reminds me of the grandness of old luxury hotels.The staff is super friendly and amenities feel like good old times e.g. a turn down service + a chocolate on the sheet. At the same time the ‘please make up the room/do not disturb’ door card is replaced by a handy electronic system. If I were forced to mention anything less positive, it was the supervisor’s response to a (super service oriented but perhaps junior) receptionist asking her permission to grant us a late check out until 1300. A bit dismissive the supervisor indicated it was ok to her colleague as if we were asking the world. BTW would have fully understood a simple no with an apology. Any negativity however, is dwarfed by the service in general. I would like to make a special mention of Alberto at the beach, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel special! Extraordinary. Great place to stay to combine pool and city trip, with everything at walking distance (max. 20 min). What a beautiful city too. Will be booking our next stay in Sept/Oct shortly.     A lovely hotel in a great location

    Make no mistake this is a wonderful hotel in a great location with great staff. It is spotlessly clean with exceptional housekeeping standards.The rooftop bar is a must visit. We used it before and after an evening out.I would however advise to choose a room with an external view. Our room had an internal view of the central atrium and so we were disappointed with that.Also as befitting of a 5 star hotel food and drink options are on the expensive side.We would definitely return.     Fabulous hotel, lovely staff and facilities. Nothing was a problem. I would definitely go back. We explored Málaga and found lots to see and do. Lots of really nice restaurants.
