Great place to stay in Ronda

Excellent modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms in the heart of Ronda. The breakfast at Catalonia hotels is quite good and consistent. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel has a rooftop lounge overlooking the Ronda bullring with a great view of the countryside, a nice place to unwind after your day or to take a mid-day break.

Sunset over Bull ring in roof top bar

Hotel is overlooking the Bull ring on the main road. Roof top bar for sunset over mountains and bull ring was gorgeous. Superior Double room at the front of the hotel, was average size, good bathroom and ironing facilities. Staff service was very attentive. Only downside was no parking on site and The car parking we found independently was very expensive.Ronda is gorgeous lovely vibes enough to do for an our two day stay.

Lovely hotel. Upgraded to a suite and it was worth it for the view of the bullring . Lovely welcome drink on arrival on the roof bar. Rooms were nice, staff were very friendly would recommend

A Great Experience in Ronda

It was perhaps the best hotel of our entire trip to Spain—and we stayed at a total of nine hotels.The location is excellent; the hotel is directly across from Ronda’s famous bullring, less than 100 meters from the Puente Nuevo, and right behind the Old Town. You can drive right up to the hotel; there’s a small parking lot across the street where you can park for an hour while you check in. The hotel arranges parking for a fee: the valet takes your car and parks it in a nearby garage, bringing it back upon request. Big thumbs up.The staff are smiling, friendly, and kind; we were very satisfied with their attitude. The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. The bathroom is well-equipped, and the shower is spacious.On the roof of the hotel, there’s a pool with sun loungers and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the old town. Plus, from the terrace, you can see into the Ronda bullring—I can only imagine what it must be like to watch a bullfight from here. Next to the pool is a hot tub, and the bar serves cocktails.Breakfast is also served on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the pool; it’s a real treat to gaze at the mountains while you eat. The breakfast selection is very generous; during our trip to Spain, this was the only place that offered freshly made omelets and hand-squeezed orange juice. The table was piled high with fresh fruit and fresh pastries.All in all, this was perhaps the best place we stayed during our trip to Spain; the hotel in Madrid came close, but it didn’t have a pool or a rooftop terrace, and the breakfast wasn’t as good. If you’re visiting Ronda, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Bullring views in a beautiful location.

The location was superb overlooking the bullring close to the bridge, many shops and eateries. We had a wonderful welcome from Ismael at reception who helped us get our car parked and provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do which was so helpful. The room was nicely presented and very clean.We had dinner and drinks on the rooftop one evening which was a great experience. The breakfast was very good too.
