  Problem with refund after free cancellation

  I am still waiting my money back after a free cancellation on 19-12-2025 (almost a month ago). I have written to the hotel three times. One answer from hotel: Rest assured that we are working to refund the full amount next week. Today is 16-01-2026 and the money is still not refunded.

  Un hotel sin capacidad para resolver problemas, con servicios que no cubren las necesidades básicas: totalmente decepcionante. Les recomiendo buscar un lugar que al menos garantice lo mínimo para descansar, porque este no lo hace.A hotel with no ability to solve problems, services that fail to cover basic needs—completely not worth it. I recommend you look for a place that can at least guarantee the minimum requirements for rest, because this one cannot.没有解决问题能力的酒店，基本需求无法保障的服务，完全不值得。建议你们寻找能保障基本休息需求的酒店，而不是这一家。

  Great value for money

  What a wonderful hotel on a beautiful square! We were warmly welcomed by Alba who was most helpful throughout our stay. Our room overlooking a tiled courtyard was spotless and spacious which was most unexpected given the moderate price. There was a lovely sitting room overlooking the square where one could relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was not available but there were several cafés nearby. The tourist office is just down the street and worth a visit , providing very useful information on the best approach to visiting the many sights in Antequera. There is a little hop on hop off bus which is great as it goes up to the castle, out to the dolmens and negotiates the narrow streets with ease. This hotel is ideally located for visiting Antequera and provides a great service.

  Nice, but a bit noisy hotel

  Rooms and beds are ok and clean. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The hotel is sentraly situated at Plaza San Sebastian, a very nice place close to the Alcazaba. We had a room in the first floor, and it was very noicy. The neighbour of the hotel is a Game room which is open untill 2 o'klock in the night. The skreaming an shouting from that place is easyly heard in the rooms of the first floor. So don't expect to sleep before the closing at 2 o'clock. We changed room to the second floor, an it was better, but still some noice, now from other rooms and the corridor.The nearby restaurant Leila, is a pearl.

  Ideally placed for all the attractions of Antequera.

  This hotel is ideally placed to explore Antequera, and is near to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Being located near to a stunning tower, it’s easy to find your way back to as well if you get lost! The hotel offers parking facilities nearby, but we didn’t use them as we’d already found a free car park a short walk away, with no restrictions re overnight parking. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, and although we arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we were able to access our room right away. The decor in reception was nice and there was a nice scent from some sort of air freshener which made for a good first impression. Our second floor room was clean and comfortable, with a double bed and a shower room. There was a TV and a fridge, neither of which we used. The decor was basic and I was disappointed to open the window shutters and find that it faced a wall with absolutely no view. This isn’t a room I would have wanted to stay for more than one night, but it was fine for our short visit and the location was perfect. There was also a lounge for guests to use with windows looking across to the tower and lovely trees of the area just outside.
