  Terrible! Still waiting for a Solution!

  Our stay was simply terrible. The apartment is in a completely unacceptable condition: there’s mold everywhere, it clearly hasn’t been cleaned, and everything is dirty and neglected. There’s a hole in the kitchen ceiling – apparently from an unfinished plumbing repair. The windows don’t close properly, so it’s noisy, drafty, and almost impossible to get any sleep.Sleeping was basically impossible because of the constant noise and lack of comfort. The condition of the apartment is nothing like the photos or description online.The customer service was just as bad – rude, indifferent, and completely unhelpful. No one cared about the issues we reported, and we were simply left to deal with everything ourselves.This accommodation is an absolute disgrace and should not be rented out in this condition. Definitely not recommended!

  Dreadful from start to finish. Check in was delayed. Electrics tripping. No batteries in remote, no bulb in lamp, cigarette butt on bathroom floor and the outside space did not reflect the images online in any way shape or form. We left after one hour.

  Excellent but noisy

  Pro’s ….. * key collection was simple. Office easy to find with obvious signage. Staff at reception were helpful and informative. * ⁠flat is in a great location. Within a 20 minute walk to the beach & less than 10 minutes to train station. * good grocery store in street below flat. * ⁠very spacious and the open plan area makes socialising easy. * ⁠flat was as per photos although a bit grubbier which is do be expected with a rental. Cons ……* air conditioning was difficult to use and did not always work meaning it was uncomfortable over night. * ⁠no sound proofing - very noisy. * ⁠terrible neighbours across the hall and we were subjected to 3/5 nights of windows banging, shouting and our entry buzzer was pressed over night which was quite alarming and unsettled the children!Can’t really fault the host for this but I do get the sense that the apartment block is generally noisy at times and even if had quiet neighbours, street noise takes a while to get used to. Overall - can’t fault the place - other than the noise.

  Malaga Old Town - outstanding experience

  Our 3 week rental in Malaga was terrific from beginning to end. Excellent communication prior to arrival and during our stay. The 2 bedroom was located in Old Town area with a layout ideal for us and visiting friends. The ILOFTMALAGA staff were helpful, engaging and clearly customer focused. For example a drip style coffee maker was not in the unit so they bought one for our use. That’s a small example of their effort to please their customers. Julia, Maya, Mariana, and Jose made it clear they valued our business. Thank you. We’ll be back.

  We stayed in a nice aparment in Malaga in the Plaza de las Flores. Nicely decorated and furnished and in an excellent location although directly over a bar and so noisy late at night when the bar staff were putting away outdoor furniture. We stayed 13 nights over the Christmas period and enjoyed our stay. However there was some basic equipment missing from the kitchen and some tiresome plumbing problems. Some extra kitchen equipment was provided upon request. The shower drain blocked 4 times and on one occassion sewage came up into the shower tray. The maintenace staff were very quick to respond when this happended but the shower blocked again a couple of days later. I would not use the apartment again.
