Great location, friendly staff and lovely rooftop pool for a city
12 Sept 2026
Great location and lovely rooftop poolReally enjoyed our stay at NH Málaga. Fantastic central location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool is a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Málaga.A few improvements would make it even better: the pool opening at 11am is quite late, the water was cold, and the pool bar had limited food options. Breakfast service could also be quicker with plates cleared sooner and cutlery provided between courses. The gym is very small.Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location and we would happily return. JUAN CARLOS SÁNCHEZ, Other at NH Malaga, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your experience and for rating our location, breakfast, the comfort of the rooms and the service provided by our team so highly. We’re delighted to hear that you particularly enjoyed our rooftop swimming pool, which is the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. We’d also like to take this opportunity to mention that the pool is now open from 10.00 am, so that our guests can enjoy it from earlier in the day.We sincerely appreciate your comments regarding the water temperature, the pool bar options, the service during breakfast and the gym facilities. Feedback such as yours is invaluable, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and continue to refine the experience we offer. It has been a pleasure to welcome you to NH Málaga and we would love to welcome you back in the future to ensure you have another excellent stay.Kind regards,Juan Carlos SánchezGuest Relations

Positive Experience
01 Sept 2026
We stayed one night at the nh malaga after a long travel day before continuing to Marbella. Having very little experience with nh hotels, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but was very pleased. A very solid hotel product at a reasonable price. Excellent location very close to shopping and pedestrian areas. Check in was quick and easy. Although on the small side, the superior category room was clean, bright and well designed. There was a very small balcony on a noisy street. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a large window. Low water pressure was a disappointment. The restaurant is primarily tapas, but the room service burger was very good. The room service tray placed outside the door as requested by guest services, was still there the next morning. Breakfast buffet was good and as expected. I would not hesitate to return. JUAN CARLOS SÁNCHEZ, Other at NH Malaga, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for sharing your review and comments about your stay at NH Málaga. We are delighted to hear that your experience was so positive and that NH Hotels met your expectations. We are especially pleased that you highlighted our location, the comfort of the room, the spacious bathroom, and the speed of the check-in process. We are also happy that you enjoyed our breakfast buffet and room service. On the other hand, we appreciate you also sharing the aspects you felt could be improved. We regret that the water pressure in the shower was not as expected. Had we been aware of this during your stay, we would have been happy to look into it and try to find a solution. We also apologize that the room service tray remained outside the room longer than it should have; this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.Regarding the balcony, we understand that its size and orientation towards a busier street may not be to everyone's liking. If you visit us again, we would be delighted to take your room preferences into account to try and make your stay even more enjoyable. We are especially pleased to read that you would not hesitate to stay with us again. It will be a true pleasure to welcome you back to NH Málaga.Sincerely,Juan Carlos SánchezGuest Relations
