Charming hotel with great views

Stayed for two nights before moving on to Seville . For us the location was brilliant- challenging walk into the centre but we are reasonably fit so chose to not use taxis. Lovely hotel with rustic charm, great views from our balcony. The hotel is situated right next to the Castle and we went late afternoon/early evening so a pleasant stroll. Loved being able to sit outside with a drink at any time of day - usually watching the people who walked up for selfies !The hotel was very clean, provided generous bottles of water daily and staff were friendly.Breakfast had loads of choice to suit everyone. Dinner was lovely to sit outside and watch the sunset. What we had was nice but the menu was quite limiting . Was expecting salads and vegetables , as we are non meat eaters, fortunately we do eat fish .We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel

My wife and I popped into this beautiful hotel , for some drinks , on our final day in Malaga . We found it by chance . I couldn’t believe how peaceful it was . One of the nicest , quietest and picturesque spots I’ve ever visited. The bar staff was very helpful , as was the receptionist helping me with the WiFi! I’m already looking at booking a 3 night stay for our 25th wedding anniversary in two years , as I was that impressed with the hotel and tranquility. parador in paradise!

What a gorgous place! We'd bookmarked it as a beautiful place we'd like to stay one day. But this was only a single day ashore from a cruise so we decided to get an Uber up the steep hill to the castle, then walk back down. The parador is very close to the castle so an ideal coffee stop. A nice young man met us, we explained we could only stop for coffee but he still offered us a table on the terrace with fabulous views. And my husband asked if he could also have a glass of water (it was a hot day) and they brought us 2 lovely glasses with ice and lemon - they didn't have to do that! The bill at the end for 2 lovely coffees was only 7euros so we felt we had to leave a generous tip just for the fantastic service! Oh and using their loos before we left :) This is a true parador and on our bucket list to return one day. What a setting
