  Stayed one night at this Parador and was pleased with the room. It had a balcony with a great view. Breakfast was included with our reservation and was excellent. Parking at the Parador was approximately 22 Euros additional for one night. September and October is high season for the town and there were lots of people in town. We have stayed in a lot of Paradors throughout Spain and found the evening dining experience to be of average quality.   Hotel with bad beds and bad service with poor food !

  I was so disappointed with hotel as the beds are so hard in the bedroom and then there was all meshing around my balcony that I could not even open blind . The air conditioning does not stay on for long and turns itself off . The beds are so uncomfortable around the pool and straw umbrellas need chucking out too. There is no staff to order lunch or coffees and they do not speak much English . The rooms have no English tv channels . The bathroom shower leaked from water spray and hose as well . The breakfast is do bad they do not understand you when you order your drinks and the cooked breakfast is do bad you don’t even want to eat this as the bacon is burnt and the fried eggs are so bad too . The staff are unfriendly at reception and when they come to clean your room too and willnot maje beds up into doubles but as single beds only . The whole hotel as no staff and no ftiendky welcome here very hostile actually !   Wonderful stay in Ronda

  We spent 2 nights in early September. We chose half board as it was on offer if you stayed 2 nights and had an evening meal as well as breakfast. The half board evening menu was not greatly reduced and we had 2 wonderful meals. Breakfast was also very good with a wide buffet selection plus you could request eggs and bacon. All staff interactions were very good, check-in was completed quickly and we were able to get a parking space (you cannot reserve a space ahead of arrival). There are 2 ways into the underground garage. From the hotel entrance there is a tight spiral access but if you have a larger car you can access an easier entrance from a road next to the bullring (just tell the hotel staff if you will need that entrance). We had a corner room looking out over the valley with beautiful views in the morning as the sun rose from behind the hotel. The room itself was a decent size with plenty of storage and both the room and ensuite bathroom were very clean (as was the rest of the hotel). Location is superb as you are next to the bridge with the bullring on the other side. This hotel is not a cheap option for staying in Ronda but we felt it was worth the extra cost. There is a swimming pool which was not heated but did not put people off using the pool.   Terribly disrupted night.

  Decent enough hotel but the sound insulation was terrible and resulted in a very disrupted nights sleep. In my room my bed was literally the other side of the wall from the neighbouring bathroom and the sounds from taps / water running was like I was in the same room. I could hear my neighbours conversations and use of the facilities in the early hours. Terrible value for money and clearly I was allocated the worst room in the hotel.   Stunning position, wonderful staff, amazing all round!

  Arriving on the last day of Fiesta del Pedro Romero, we experienced road closures and difficulty reaching the hotel. Lucia saved the day and was so kind, professional and understanding, she went above and beyond to enable us to gain access- thank you Lucia, you are a ??. We stayed in room 13, a stunning suite with balconies directly overlooking the gorge, the room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything you needed. Dinner at the Parador was delicious, exemplary service and very tasty andalucian dishes. It was a perfect stay and we will return again next year - thank you to everyone who made our stay 5*.
