    I had the worst experience with this hotel and Booking.com I phoned and explained that I could not make my reservation for 2 nights which I had paid €305 due to a family member becoming seriously unwell I had to cancel they said it was within the 48 hours and they would refund my money and hopefully everything was okay just to let booking.com know I phoned them on the uk number and they said they would get the hotel to waiver the fee I explained the had then they charged me €166 for cancellation I was sick to my stomach

    It was actually better than I was expecting after some reviews here. It is borderline kitschy, and yeah, location is not the best if your goal is to visit Malaga proper. 15-20 minutes car drive to city center. As mentioned before a very well kept garden, and pool area. I guess due to the location pool was never crowded.

    This hotel was a significant disappointment, possibly acceptable only as an airport hotel for folks on transit. The location is unacceptable; it’s situated in an industrial area that is not walkable and right next to a motorway. We booked two adjacent rooms with a single bathroom, and the accommodations were basic at best. Having stayed in several 4-star hotels in Spain, I can confidently say this one is by far the worst. The overall feel of the hotel is more akin to a two-star establishment than the advertised 4-star rating. Additionally, the breakfast was subpar compared to other hotels we've encountered. We prepaid for three nights, yet they refused to issue any refund and wouldn't allow us to switch to two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, despite our request immediately after check-in and our willingness to pay extra. Consequently, we left after just one night, forfeiting the payment for the remaining two nights. This experience was entirely unacceptable.

    BE AWARE that the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area - you will need a taxi or car to get anywhere / 15-20 minutes in taxi for city center, 15 EUR each way.I wanted to be positive but the reception was unable to accommodate me in any way on two different matters.The hotel garden is the only thing that is nice and charming ! *but one morning they had removed all the pillows in the outdoor-sofas because it was gonna rain later, and they wouldnt bring me one for a sofachair when I asked at 11:00 (5 hours later, no rain but also no pillows)The breakfast buffet is quite sad and not worth 15 euro.. !The small fridge in my room had mold.

    The hotel as such was a nice oasis with a pool and garden. However, the quality of the breakfast (10Euros per person) was awful. The croissants were dry from the day before, fermented potatoes (probably heated up too many times), mold orange, smelly melon...my daughter felt sick after eating her breakfast...we made a reclamation at the reception informing the staff that there was a high risk of food poisening and the staff ignored us not have us any money back. Really unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
