  Beautiful, Well Located Hotel

  This is a beautiful hotel, in a great location. Rather than being in the middle of the pedestrian shopping street chaos it is a little removed from all that (2-3 minute walk), and closer to the waterfront. The hotel has a fun, modern design aesthetic, and that carries through to the rooms with the bold striped wallpaper and teal tile lining the bathroom. Our “Double Room with a View” had a balcony overlooking the waterfront. This view was beautiful – especially at sunrise! The balcony was also much appreciated, as we were here to do some cycling and this gave us somewhere to store the bikes. Because of the dark striped wallpaper, the room was a little dark. I’m also not a huge fan of carpet in hotel rooms. However, everything was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the room safe and mini fridge. This was also by far the best shower we experienced on the trip. The water pressure was fantastic! The hotel has a roof terrace with a pool and bar. Unfortunately, the pool is set back in the building, so if you were in the pool, you wouldn’t see any of the view. The bar has a wonderful view of the harbor area, and it was fun to watch the yachts and cruise ships pull in. However, it is a bit blocked by other buildings for sunset. In terms of breakfast, I had not booked a room with breakfast ahead of time but we ended up paying for breakfast both mornings of our stay for the sake of convenience (since we were heading out on early bike rides each day). Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection of options. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, if you aren’t in a rush to eat like we were.

  Lovely building and great staff in all areas. Unique decor - its fab ! Great location. Roof top bar and plunge pool. Pool is really a token gesture and not big enough for the size of hotel. Fab restaurant next door !

  Lovely hotel, very central. A short walk to shops, restaurants and the pedestrian area leading to the beach. Very comfortable bed and hotel is nice and quiet at night. The reception staff are pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. Roof terrace is lovely for snacks and drinks. There is a small pool with plenty of large sun beds at one end of the terrace. High standard of cleanliness throught.   We loved this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice & so helpful. On arrival they didn’t have the room we requested, however they gave us an upgraded view with a free drink on the terrace to compensate. Our breakfast was included and we loved that this was served until noon. The breakfast had everything & was tasty. The rooftop terrace is lovely but beds are limited & this would be the one area of improvement. We waited patiently for a bed one afternoon only for selfish people arrive after us grab the bed without having the courtesy to ask if we were waiting. It would be good if there was a system in place when there is a queue but unsure what that would look like. Apart from that it was fab & we would return.   Myself and my son visited Malaga for a 24 hour trip and stayed here.The hotel was lovely walking in, clean super modern and we were greeted by a gentleman called Sava? After a 3am start for us we were tried but his positive mood let us forget about that!He was very helpful and welcoming, when i explained we were only there for a day! I asked for his advice what to do. He really helped us to plan our day by giving us suggestions and a map. This should be noted to management The roof top bar is beautiful and the staff as well were really nice and happy to take photos for us.The pool was a lovely treat, yes small but it is more of a cool down pool than a splash around! The lounge area around the pool was quite busy and being small not too many loungers.. so we had to be patient for people to leave.Just a suggestion the large tables in that area could be moved for maybe a few chairs? Chairs for when the loungers are taken? The tables seem to take up alot of room and no one one using them. Maybe just keep the side tables?Only 2 little milks with the teas and coffees - a few more would have been nice.
