Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was very central to all bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and tidy . Only complaint would be the bathroom needing a bit of updating. Breakfast was fine , with seating a bit tight . Small suggestion.. please relocate your coffee machine as there is an accident waiting to happen.

Great place to stay & explore Malaga

Fabulous location in Soho with easy access to Old Town, Muelle Uno ,and all the sights. Great little roof top bar open 5 days a week lovely to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Our room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. We found breakfast to be plentiful & what you would expect from a city stop over hotel. Would definitely return next time we come to Malaga

Just arrived back after a 2 night stay. What i feel important to say is that the staff were all very nice and professional and this review is not a reflection of them at all.However - this is in no way a 4 star hotel, I’d say 2 at best. It’s not in the best location, fine to walk into the city itself, but off the main roads and quite dirty around the streets.The main issue was the roof top bar - this is not open at all on a Sunday or a Monday - to use pictures of it in advertising and not make it absolutely clear seems deceptive (they added a printed out sheet to an information board on the lift after we complained) , a bit like the pictures of the hotel, they are not at all what it looks like in person.The breakfast area is tiny, the reception is a desk by the front door and there are a few steep steps to get in.The room was ok - the view was of rooftop sheds and into people’s apartments, there was a strong smell when we got in and it seemed to come from the houses, a few recreational cigarettes I think.. our safe didn’t work, and the aircon was not great. We were also placed right next to the lift. I asked to move rooms but were told that they were full…The rooms and hotel were clean and I think it must’ve had a recent refurb. There was no spy hole in the door.We complained to our third party booking company, who tried for 2 days to get hold of the management to no avail. They also advised that they were not aware that the bar was not open 7 days a week. That company have refunded us half of the hotel fee.We eventually did manage to go and see the rooftop as our flight was delayed (they can store your luggage) and it was lovely - which made it even more maddening that we were denied the opportunity to enjoy it. There are so many hotels in Malaga - we had quite a few to choose from and I would honestly not recommend this one at all. We are hoping to find somewhere that we could use for regular visits and this was not it
